But what if Blackwall has an even better VA?
Also, even though I'm not a Blackwall fan (I like what I know about him but don't really want him as a romance), I gotta say calling him "gross" is more than a little harsh.

Oh I get that. Sera looks like my sister. I might have played a bi/lesbian character, should Solas not be available, on my Dalish playthrough. But Sera looks way, way too much like my sister, so even though I'm straight and my character is definitely not me, I just... no. Absolutely not. That would be creepy, like watching a romance movie with my sister as the star or something. So if there's no Solas for romance, my first playthrough (Dalish mage) will just be celibate.

It must have been a trend that never died! He really looks like my dad. There must be some gruff, older, bearded man out there in the real world who gets around. jk

He does look older and I have a strong feeling he isn't going to be an LI cause he's a Grey Warden and his calling could be real soon knowing how old he is....I could be wrong but it does look that way.

No worries! It's understandable, (he also looks like my dad ) but someone said something similar before and it upset another user that was in here that also liked Blackwall. Just saying that it's best to be cautious about what is said, even if just a simple opinion and all because it reflects on the thread as a whole, even if not intended. We definitely don't want a them/anyone vs. us (though I definitely know that's NOT what you meant at all, just speaking in general terms! I've seen it happen in other threads) since this thread is so friendly and open to anyone, not just Solas lovers. 
It's especially tough since it's basically going to be either Solas/Blackwall/Varric and tensions are running kind of high at the moment. *hugs*
Anyways! I'm getting really nervous about tomorrow's panel..I really hope that the information is released. I'm so tired of waiting lol
