Bah, screw those rams, lol. I already got a taste for their blood after Hinterland's stupid side mission.

 

That and goat meat is delicious. Halla venison probably is too... but nah, I don't eat fairytale critters. Probably some magic hoodoo in there that makes your balls shrink or something. Karma.

 

I more avoid it because to the Dalish, halla are people.  And I like playing as an elf. If I were playing human or qunari or dwarf, it would be utterly meaningless to me and I'd say the Dalish are full of superstitious nonsense thinking that their little deer are people or anything more than animals.

 

Out of character, I repeat:  I think the Dalish are probably right... there's even some artwork with a halla with people inside of it.  Ghilan'ain somehow turned slaves into halla.  That is my theory.

 

Edited to add:  And because I believe that's the intention behind the halla... no way would my elves eat one.  The other races when I play them might, but not my Dalish.

August rams have a death wish. Always starting **** with Cole and Bull. I turn around and they are halfway down the map. 

 

Apparently I accidentally killed clan Lavellan. I thought I remembered the right order, but they still got destroyed. This is...an interesting development. I almost think I'll keep it.

I probably would have rolled an elf or two eventually if they gave us males some elven love... besides Zevran, lolol. But alas, no elven love for us. Not unless you're human Hawke.

 

And then the male elven models look way worse in comparison to females. I mean, you can get away with a super small female but a male.... I can't do it. It seems like Bioware meant for the elven playthroughs to be for female fans from my POV. Though Morrigan does know a lot of elven stuff. Not the same though.

Unfortunately not. You can get close, but there's no tattoos like that and the hair is much shorter. Its also harder to do the old style elf noses without getting an inflated forehead.

Thinking about sad Solas makes my tummy feel sad.
 
All this time i've been 100% sure that we would end up together again in some form or another. But now I think Weekes really has a boner for making Solas as sad as possible. And that's just making me lay down and feel sad in a fetal position. 
 
Just... let me be with him no matter the outcome. I'll hold his hand into oblivion. Or follow him into darkness. Or even sit in a hut cooking gross vegan food and dreaming all day with him. I'm fine with it all. God or mortal. I don't care. Just let him be happy. 
 
Or even if we can't be together, just let him be happy.

I want to also ultimately end up in happy fluffy bunny land with Solas, but my gosh, I hope we also get the opportunity to choose to get angry.
I mean reaaallly angry. Because no matter what his reasons were Solas still lied (kept things from you/wasn't honest. However you interperet it) and the Inquisition. Still went into the relationship knowing who he was, who you were (Dalish, leader of the Inquisition), and realizing it wouldn't end well. And yes he warns you (badly) but there is no way for Lavellan to know what she's getting into. He knew what was going on, he was the first to say I love you, he was the one who broke it off, and he left without a proper explanation or goodbye.
So he better be prepared for a severe cursing out and fireballs to the face.
After Lavellan can properly express her anger is when I want my happily ever after!
I may ask for too much, but I want this, I really do!

My new years will be spent here. We dont even bother going out. Too much traffic too many people and too many drunks. Adam will take over the tv when Im done playing and Il probably fall asleep.

But you get Cassandra!  Queen of my Heart!!  Though I'm trying to imagine a female-Solas(not like in looks). Just similar; ancient, intelligent, logical.  Everyone would have hated her.

Okay, folks, which playthrough should I do first?  White Wolf Numinera, the harsher playthrough with my as-bad-as-I-could-make-it world state set up in the Keep, or Harellan, the trickster, whom I have yet to create?

Your elf is named almost the same as mine.  Mine is Uth'shiral, Eternal Journey.  Yours is Journey.  Your elf is a band!
 
Edited to add:  My second is Numinera, which effectively translates to "Tear-Jerker."  ... Yeah.
 
And I think I may make a third, and name her Harellan.  Hee hee.  (She'll be the type who claims that yes, she's the Herald of Andraste, not because it's true or she believes in the Chantry, but because it might just save her skin.)

If you keep pausing on a video of the moment solas says he is going to tell u the truth. You can tell by how his face moves, the exact second he changes his mind. Its pretty cool.

But I save her for a human. I couldn't imagine making an elf for her. I'm six foot four, so picturing me being with a woman taller than me is kind of jarring. It'd just be more engaging as a male elf if I got a hot dalish bebe to journey with.

What are they going to look like? A harsher Lavellan might be interesting to see how Solas reacts. How harsh is harsher? Murder innocent people for the greater good or choose angry answers and hate shems?
