Alright guys, I've got a good plan!
We introduce the Keymaster to Solas. Our Lavellan gets to be the Gatekeeper. They are reunited and fun times had for everyone!
Just ignore the man Inquisition everything behind the curtain.

Well, I'd argue that they just killed Flemath...
They may kill Solas eventually, but probably not in DLC or DA4
I was thinking about that. The Dread Wolf is considered the one who put the gods to sleep right? Maybe he stole her power and put her to sleep. Mythal/Flemeth may just be sleeping not dead.
It's pretty strange her whole appearance changes. Cloths and all. Like being turned to stone?

Reminds me of how Meredith turned to stone after losing her effing mind to red lyrium...
So, I guess what I'm saying is, both endings can be possible depending on what's important to the substories of the overall world we've each built and played in.
Can we all haz cookies nao?
Yup, it's in the faq on the first page but Prince of Keys from the thread asked Weekes on twitter and he said it was a mistake on his part.

Top of page Solas!
SpoilerDoes anyone else think it's hilarious that he apparently cut the toes out of those boots?
I just don't understand the open toe thing. If you live in a forest, a dense area, you may need them to grip or have some friction. Open fields and snow? naw man. I sometimes like to think every time he gets a frostbite, he grows new ones like a lizard.
Oh, now that's trolling. You'll have a hard time doing that here. We wave the Solas flag of unicorns and love!

Meredith turned to red lyrium, totally different.

I wrote this ;}
Meredith turned to red lyrium.
Wow, I missed that. Haha! NOW I GET IT. *slaps forehead*

My headcanon is that if mages can produce fire, it seems likely they would be able to regulate their own body temperature too.
Tell me about it...Cassandra leaves to play pope, doesn't bare my beautiful children or return to Ostwick with me.
And my Inquisitor drinks himself into a bitter wreck.
pretty sure this outcome is alterable depending on prior choices made. ;}

Yep, but according to dev note it seems that Flemath sacrificed herself and prepared to pass the godhood to Morrigen.
Though they might as well change their mind.
...hoping for more then "no" as far as a reaction is trolling?
Right I think I'll do us both a favor and ignore that remark.
Oh! Perfect! The troll won't interact with me anymore. ![]()

Thing is, with Cassandra, you have choice. Don't make her "play pope" and get your happy ending. With Solas, we don't even get a choice)
That's actually what they were going to do originally before exalted march sunk.
Awaken him and kill em.
Like Cory, I'd say chances are fair.
Is there a source for that?
Exalted March was planned as a full expansion, not a short DLC. Since they aren't doing those anymore (according to Mark Darrah), it's probable that they'll want to give the story more than a DLC could hold. He's a big lore figure who appears to want to make/be making big changes to the world.
It's odd that it garnered this reaction, post release a month ago. This resulted in a debate, now it's just denial.
It's disappointing.
This isn't trolling but it is disrespectful. If people want to hope, it isn't your job to fix it for them. We've also had the debate. And had the debate. And had the debate. We've talked a lot about the possibility of Solas dying, of it being necessary for his story, of his goals breaking the world and having to kill him either with the Inquisitor or the new protagonist.
And some people aren't here for that conversation.
My headcanon is that if mages can produce fire, it seems likely they would be able to regulate their own body temperature too.
I can't like this. :{ the mod popup says I liked too many things LOL

What dev note? As far as what happened in the end I understood it was a huge question mark, unless I missed that part about Solas?
Tell me about it...Cassandra leaves to play pope, doesn't bare my beautiful children or return to Ostwick with me.
What are you, Gaston? You can't make her a trophy wife, have her raise12 munchkins, while also making her get a second job to support your egg money fund!
Is there a source for that?
Wow, I missed that. Haha! NOW I GET IT. *slaps forehead*
Lol. I didn't catch that's what happened until Varric specifically said she turned into it. But it makes sense what we know about it and it's ability to turn people.

This dev note:
From this reddit thread: http://www.reddit.co...cene_explained/
Multiple people, including Renmiri from this thread, confirmed that it's really in there.
A pre release Twitter by Gaider about the contents of exalted march which make a lot more sense now.
I don't suppose you have a link? I don't think you're lying but I'd like to see it for myself.
Damn you all. It's 2:30 and I'm suppose to get reading fanfiction. @.@
My headcanon is that if mages can produce fire, it seems likely they would be able to regulate their own body temperature too.
My headcanon is that Corypheus found the inquisitioner because of all the severed toes Solas kept dropping.
What dev note? As far as what happened in the end I understood it was a huge question mark, unless I missed that part about Solas?
Read the first post of this thread. Clarification and some spoilers.
