Lol, is the chantry paying you? I'm very pro Mage, I never sided with the Templars once in DA2..

perhaps one day, maybe with a non Mage, but I have trouble playing non Mages, only really because it's the class I have the most fun with. I don't really feel it with the others...it's complicated.

 

That's not much of an excuse, could always just roll a Trevalyan circle loyalist mage.

Here's Solas being sad about the Breach, then. Does anything else think he didn't quite predict it would be so destructive or that an actual Breach would happen?

Guys I made my friend buy DA:O and DA2 because of Solas and Cullen,and she usually only plays video games when she´s at my place  Solas probably didn´t know the orb would cause the breach and he didn´t expect Cory to survive either, but he probably knew there was going to be some form of explosion at least. Btw, is the entity in the fade in the masked empire him? Because I was expecting something surrounding Briala´s Eluvians in the game.

Nah I did the Templar Quest first and I loved it. Its a great quest and there are reasons for choosing them.

Yes, it will have the Inquisitor assembling a team to find Solas including Merrill, Vivienne, a vaguely evil human played by Burn Gorman, and an impossibly suave qunari played by John Barrowman. It'll be what be what Halo: ODST was for Firefly but for Torchwood.

I'm conflicted by how many depictions there are of Lavellan with white hair. On the one hand it looks amazing, on the other my Lavellan is a 30-something vaguely Persian looking brunette.

Someone on twitter brought up that Dumat died the same year andraste was born. Andraste was super powerful. What if when dumat was killed by the wardens, the soul went into whatever powerful baby mage was near by?

Yeah, I'm very pro Mage so..I worry that it might feel weird.  I always ally with the Mages..maybe I should just watch a video or something, I don't think I'm ready to make Alistair an orphan.

I did hate having to kill Fiona. There's not even really any acknowledgement of who she is. The quest in In Hushed Whispers is better too, though the templar side has more Cole and Calpernia > Samson. But I can't talk since I don't seem to be able to finish my human rogue game. Just going to play Lavellan on a loop, apparently. I'm not going to fight it while it's still fun.

My guess is that Andraste is an OGB and is who Cole refers to when he says "It was wrong to put it in a child. It hurt her."

And if you're feeling slightly more ruthless. Encourage Cullen to keep taking the lyrium, it will make the templars who joined the inquisition decide not to go back to the Chantry after Cory is defeated and they become the elite core of the inquisitor's private army.

Confession. Wanting to know what happens to Solas next (especially in a romance playthrough) is the primary reason I even made an elf inquisitor to begin with.
