But solas also keeps asking her what she sees when she sees the sky. And sera says that she feels like she's seen it all before. And it scares her.

That's a negative. That symbol is used in Vallamar as a dwarven rune/design/whatever. Unless the dwarves swiped it from the elves, which would be both weird and interesting. It must mean something, otherwise they wouldn't use it.

 

Seen here. Also, ignore the graphical errors. Using a modified patch file results in weirdness when in a dungeon area.

Your modded file is using imporperly saved graphic files. Save them as DXT1 or DXT5 as the original and generate mipmaps. That fixes it
