It's so hard, Mr. Allan! I seriously lie in bed and think "Will Solas be romanceable....when will the wait end...I'm so excited but so nervous at the same time..."
It's agonizing haha but we'll do our best!! ;; We're a pretty patient fandom, I'd say. Though we're nearing a breaking point both from excitement and nervousness~ Nonetheless, we're just so ecstatic for him and how he will turn out to be. I hope we get some news soon, it's killing us! Thanks for checking in. ^^

But what if Solas info comes when I close my eyes? Even blinking has become a terrifying prospect. I tried not to, but then I just needed a lot of eye drops.

I never hated Anders. I felt he was a tragic idiot, but still knifed him in the end. In some ways it felt like a mercy killing rather than punishment or retaliation for what he did. 

 

But I damn well hope we don't get Anders 2.0 in Inquisition with Solas.

Thing is, I actually like Anders. I thought he was an interesting character and never developed even close to the amount of hate others have for him.

 

HOWEVER

 

one Anders-type companion character is enough. If Solas really DOES turn out to be a Judas type, you'd better believe I'll be pissed.

 

Edit: And if he is: WHY IS IT ALWAYS THE MAGES? SHEESH! 

I like Ander's character.  I just think he's a good example of a character that's a crazy, obsessed nut.

ALRIGHT SO I HAVE REBOUNDED AND COME BACK STRONGER THAN EVER.

 

No, really, I'm feeling above-average about Solas being an LI! Him being race-gated against dwarves, who can't dream, makes quite a bit of sense. He's one of the few characters that has a good reason for being gated built into his story. (The other is Vivienne, although hers is political in nature, which I kinda like.) So, you know, don't give up just yet.

Nice to see Allan here again. Can't suppose you can tell us anything on Solas.

 

I'm pretty sure he'd tell us if he were allowed to, but it's really not his department (he's QA).  He is a nice guy, and he might be a little worried about us, considering the warning about eating and sleeping and using the bathroom etc.

 

Then again, he may be fooling us all, and laughing at our misery.  But I don't think Allan would do that.  Would he...?

 

As for me, I do think they need to go ahead and make the reveal.  Once it's official he's not an LI (or is) this thread will explode in sorrow or joy... I'd rather it be joy, but there's no preventing the sorrow.  Not when we're already sorrowful.
