Maybe, maybe not, I'm pretty sure it's a quote that'll reveal itself in time, I'm just coming up with all the alternatives to pass the time, and being incessantly annoying as I usually amXD

 

I think it involves their stories maybe. This tweet seems like something to peek everyones interest and start thinking what it really means. It adds a lot of intrigue.

Alright, it's getting late for me and our thread has spiraled down into the usually what-bits-go-with-what-bits-if-anyone-is-interested-in-bits. I say it's time for me to sleep. But before then lemmie close with you all are great, I can't wait to see what speculations you come up with tomorrow, and that I wonder what dreams and aspirations of theirs were crushed. I hope they're not like the Island of Misfit Toys our spiritchild (which I have no idea what Cole is like so iunno if that's a good nickname) and the two elves that need some good clothes. (At least they have shoes right? Sera at least is wearing proper shoes) And whoever gets made fun of for their clothing choices, may their come-backs be sharp and witty. Or, iunno, it might be funny to hear them go grumble grumble. I'm not sure if I envision Sera doing so, but Solas? Possibly.

Idk, so far both of their personalities is just as expected. Perhaps it has more to do with their interactions with other companions?

Ah my mistake I don't use twitter so I did not know. It just seemed like it would be part of the chain. Anyways I'll take that as a sign to get some sleep see everyone later

Hmmm... so what other kinds of crushed expectations might there be?  I haven't done much baseless speculation in a while so here goes.

 

Maybe Solas is very vocal about elf rights and freedoms and thought he could have an ally in Sera, only to find out she's not interested in "the greater good."

Cole could be looking for a friend in Solas but finds that Solas is wary and treats him coldly, like a research subject.

Since Cole just wants to help people, maybe he's disappointed to find that Sera only wants to help herself (and her rogue friends?) and Solas is only looking out for the elves?

 

Or maybe there's just never a "right choice" when you have all of them in your party, like any choice you make will please one but make the other two hate you.
