Yeah, I've gotta say... 
I really wish modding DA:I didn't work the way it does, because I have a feeling Bioware's gonna put out at least one more patch, and the potential for me to mess up my saves is too high for my tastes. I'd rather not potentially lose huge chunks of playtime... but man it's tempting, with some of the mods coming out. Fuuuuuudge. :'(
Editing the save to get the right patch number is pretty easy. Don't worry, we modders will find a way for you to keep your saves

And to think, one of the reasons I love the Solas romance is because it's one of the more "chaste" that BioWare has come up with so far. No offers of bed, no forced sex scene in order to keep the relationship going (unlike DA2 romances, sans Sebastian) or to keep from losing approval (Alistair, Anders), and even the dialogue is left deliberately vague so we players can decide for ourselves if we think our Lavellan and Solas ever went to bed or not.
While Solas' interactions with Lavellan are very sensual and passionate, he's also very polite, formal, and detached (in his own way), so it feels it can go either way, which is a really refreshing change for an erotophobic demisexual like me who would sooner avoid it than seek it.
I based her looks on some sketches and drawings I made of her,but she reminds me too much of an actress,although I can't remember whom.

Man, my timing to post random theory-related stuff here is always the worst. 
Definitely *not* in keeping with the current topic, and it's more like a weird Q&A session to justify what other fine people have already theorized, so I'll spoiler it.
Side note: if anyone else finds themselves pouring over codex entries and watching gameplay clips trying to piece together more insight into Solas's future plans, maybe we could start a Wild Speculation Chat or something? Please message me if that ever happens because this stuff is seriously starting to drive me crazy and it would nice to talk to similarly insane people in real time.

Hahaha, that's the first thing my brother said when he saw my character, too.
I like that design because it accentuates the heart-shaped face. I also really like the dots under the eyes and the lip line. Reminds me of some of the Queen Amidala makeup from the Star Wars prequels.

*Raises hand* I headcanon they start getting intimate after Adament/getting dragged physically through the Fade (I took care of the Wardens before Halamshiral), if being in the fade makes things "easier" for him I imagine that going through the fade physically might lower his inhibitions some.

In my canon, they did. Some of the dialogue suggests they did, but it's left open to interpretation.

I feel every time when they're about to do it, the Lavellan has to persuade him every time. Then he feels a burst of passion but retreats to control his temptations. Then he just runs away, and he leaves her hanging.
Alternatively, they had fade sex. The problem is, Lavellan doesn't remember all her dreams. So when Solas was like "getting into bed is just a side benefits", huh? what? When did we -.... what?
whatever, the fade is easier to make impulsive actions.

There's no bad time to post whatever you want in here. We all know how this thread thrives with the randomness. LOL. It's probably time for a topic change anyway. I think some people were starting to get uncomfortable. I enjoy some of the naughty stuff as well as the theories and other topics, but I don't want anyone to not enjoy the thread. Solas is for everyone!...Just imagine there's a cute Solas pic here. LOL.
Aw thanks! I don't mind the randomness, I just don't have a lot to add to um, certain creative topics.
Especially because I seem to be one of the few whose headcanon (is that the right word?) for the physical romance is that it was limited to what scenes are shown in game. Solas has such a difficult time making it through a kiss that it's hard for me to imagine they went much farther. Oh no, it's been 30 seconds, cue sad eyes and head shaking!
...I intended to post in here again and spend some time here like always...but some of the previous posts have forced me to go
