Interesting you say that, I think that's when I switch between P and J as well.
Ohh that IS interesting!
I think I missed out things, eggs? Isn't Mythal an elf? She can't lay eggs o_o
Yikes, sorry. Let me back up. I keep forgetting how much I've written out here, and how much theory is still trapped in my head.
There is limited evidence to support the idea that the two pre-veil entities said to have created Thedas (the Earth and the Sun) were draconic in their original forms. The evidence is very tenuous and mostly circumstantial, but strong enough to work from in the absence of competing theory. The problem is most of our pre-veil theory overlaps a bit and leans on other wobbly evidence, so if you don't buy into one piece, the whole house of cards tends to fall apart. It is, however, a fairly convincing-looking house in the larger picture.
So the first piece of evidence we have is Mythal being able to transform into dragon form at will. This is a fundamentally different process, conceptually, from an OGS soul "driving" the physical body of a dragon around, like we see with Archdemons. This is underscored by all the evidence we have that Mythal is in fact the Earth entity referred to by Dalish myth, in addition to being, conceptually, the Pantheon godess Mythal herself. (Mythal is the Earth's first physical incarnation on Thedas - physically human, not elven, due to the phenotypic changes first-generation offspring of elf-elf would have had, since the body wouldn't have had a "fade shadow".)
Second piece is Elgar'nan's focus: the red lyrium idol. Like Mythal's orb focus, it's carved to depict his creation myth in elven lore: springing from the intersection of Earth and Sun. (A really nice reflection of how Creation and Choice work in the DA universe.) The idol is fractured and incomplete, but clearly draconic elements are visible wrapping around the base of the Sun figure.
So, Sun and Earth: God-Dragons. However you'd like to define "gods", of course. They were "Makers", certainly, in a literal sense. But then, all mages are- as all individuals able to exercise free will are- it's just a matter of scale.
The important take away: very, very powerful draconic entities capable of creating Thedas as we know it.
Oh, right. I watched a couple episodes but found it bleh. Glad those weren't hidden Solas sound files. GAHIt's from Torchwood. It's a spin off from Doctor Who aimed at adults that had Gareth David-Lloyd playing one of the main character, Ianto Jones. He was originally meant to be a really minor member of the team but the showrunners found he was fantastic at sarcasm. So he went from 'coffee guy' to 'major character and main character's love interest'.
Spoiler
That makes sense to me, I've always got to try and keep feeling low at bay, so it may be I was being less successful at this last time I took the test
And another confirmation of this being the thing that makes the difference! I'm a pretty constant INFP these days...thankfully.
It's ok.
I tried to get into the show because it was on Netflix but it was just...not that great?? I actually tried because Merrill's VA is the main character on the show and I had great success with Claudia Black(Morrigan) and Farscape(MY FAVORITE SHOW EVER).
If there is any show that Dragon Age fans need to get into because of their VA, it's definitey Farscape.
Seems like Torchwood has garnered mild disdain herebouts. Maybe I shouldn't bother? I just figured as a Doctor Who fan I was sorta expected to watch it, but I haven't. I was also hoping Netflix would get the new DW eps but they're taking that away at the end of the month, too. Bummer.
Because I'm a terrible person to bridge the gap between Cullenites and Solassians, I made another fan video... this time dedicated to Cullen and Solas (from my polyamory bug). Enjoy ![]()
I generally always come up as an ENFJ. Occasionally INFJ. I seem to ride the borderline between extrovert and introvert, which makes sense to me because sometimes my batteries are recharged by partying like a maniac/socializing and other times I need to retreat to my Woman Cave™ for alone time to recharge. Seems to just vary for no real particular reason.
Anyone got a link handy to the one y'all just took? Curious to see what my mind feels like today. ![]()
Looking really forward to seeing how my screenshots turned out tonight. I think I got one of Solas telling Aithne she's beautiful after he removes the vallaslin. Grr.

The first two seasons are definitely worth it, especially if you love DW.

I didn't try! It was an earnest question :3
By the way, what color is the sky?

What I wouldn't give for actual polyamory in the game...or a good polyamory mod.
Edit: Top Solas.

I am NOT a DW fan - so that may be why I bounced off that show so hard. There were a few episodes of Torchwood that didn't make me bored. I would give a try. If you like it, you like it. Hell, I LOVE SeaQuest - most terrible stupid show ever made, but I will watch that dumb **** for hours.
Hey, I keep seeing someone with a link to a Solas chatroom in their sig. Is that place active?
Depends on the time of day but there's almost always someone there.
All I watch is anime.

Ouch, those rocks under the knees, it's probably painful.
INFP here.
Wasn't Isabela sort of Poly-amorous?
Atleast they are trying to include a wide range of characters, Krem was a very welcome surprise.

I think she was but none of the other characters were so it didn't really matter ![]()

Yeah, I always assumed that Hawke accepted that Isabela was probably seeing other people at the same time and that Isabela only really got serious once she fell for them near the end of the game. Although, her comments to Tallis in MotA about her being fine with them having a fling (as long as she asks) and Hawke's comment about both of them not liking being tied down in Inquisition, make me think the two of them are in a semi-open relationship?

She struck me as more of a swinger really.

Listen.
I used to legitimately tape record SeaQuest episodes. Before we could DVR everything. On a tape recorder. Only sound.
Also I had a hat.
And I loved Jonathan Brandis. So much. Teen Beat pull out posters level of love.
And my favorite episode is when they were on the haunted ghost ship.
UGH.
One of my Hawkes was able to carry on a full romance with Isabela and Sebastian at the same time thanks to a bug, too. Yeah, I have a knack for having this happen, apparently.
