It occurs to me: How has no one done a piece of Solas fanart of him painting those frescoes? It seems like such prime material.
haha agree but there was one actually if I remember that I've seen.

Ahaha I totally wondered that too! When you sleep with Cullen he's like, so shaven, and I'm like.. " Ok commander, I can see you have a lot of free time".
And during a war table banter Josephine and Leliana talk about Cullen styling his hair, I laughed my self off XD
But yeah, I think they have time to do all this stuff being in Skyhold all the time. The quizzy on the other hand.. when does she (or he for the matter) have the time to, with all the traveling and fighting? There isn't even a toilet in her apartments!
Patrick Weekes said Solas uses magic to keep his head and faced shaved perfectly.
I imagine he doesn't stop the magic at head and face ![]()

No clue! That's one of my favorite things he does in canon. What's funny is there's a bunch of fanart when he's holding a teacup but he hates tea and only drank it so he wouldn't sleep.
I think it stems from people liking to draw smarter characters drinking tea because it looks sophisticated, I guess.
So basically this dead hand quest is making me very very angry! How do I keep my companions still and how do I do this!
I just figured out that at one part where you ask solas about the orb at one point that he says this sentence:
'' Nothing in any lore connects my people to the old god dragons who became archdemons ''
..... ...... ........ * the after feeling reading this sentence. * -.- how could I not figure out that something was odd at this point..
he never even calls elves his people so.. yeah.. straight sentence XD
I like how he skirts the question by saying there's nothing in "any lore" as opposed to just saying there is no connection. That's a very specific type of response there. LOL
Ook.. I took a risk and participated in art collaboration.
Spoiler
That is most awesome. XD
Thing that also got me is, as the Herald, you've been unconscious for 3 days. Then Cassandra just drags you up out of a cell and you all go traipsing off to fight demons and close rifts. I'm assuming the Quizzy is awake enough to take a couple of mouthfuls of water during that time, if not food, otherwise she would likely not be getting up at all. And then after that, she passes out from closing the rift before waking up in Haven. Can anyone remember how long the Quizzy passes out second time around? I can imagine by that point they must be severely dehydrated and in the first stages of starvation. Not quite up for skipping along to the chantry.

Very carefully, and using the murder knife to kill everyone of the idiot companions that get in your way.
YouTube is your friend
(not trying to be a smartass, I'd send you a link but I'm on my phone, sorry!) Are you on PC? The 'hold' function is bugged. what I do is click the character's portrait, move them where I need them (like, say, next to a torch), then click the little hand down below to 'hold' them. Then, select your next character using their portrait, move them where you need them, and click 'hold.' You have to do them one by one, and not click on them again since that will 'unhold' them. Once you've got everyone in place, click on their portraits, make them do whatever, then click the next portrait. They'll run around following each other after that, but as long as you're quick it won't matter.

I just figure there are some things we are not meant to look into that deeply. ![]()

Not to mention issue 1 and 2 if you know what i mean. Was that Solas or did he just yell "Nurse, the prisoner poo pooed again!"

Perhaps the artists have some self-esteem issues and can't deal with drawing Solas as an artist that's better than them.
Oh, not you interesting and good artists in and posted in this thread. You're all delightful people of skill and excellent displays of color theory and anatomy study. Truly you are the kings and queens of foreshortening and we will speak for years of your 3/4ths face framing.
Edit: Huh, this would have been a weird post if I had to provide the top of the page Solas. Lucky me.

I did it anyway. Everyone enjoy your requisite dose of ol' scrapey-chin.

Exactly! hahahaha :DD

That was... That was Adan's job. That's the real reason he was grumpy with the Inquisitor.

The one about Wardens trying to get to the Old God underneath the Western Approach mentions 'what looks like a dwarven thaig', as well as lyrium pillars.
One of the distinguishing features of the Primeval Thaig was how lyrium was used in construction.
Would lyrium be used for pillars? That just sounds so strange, seeing how in modern times it is toxic, and it would be better used as decoration on a big stone pillar or something of the sort. Could this have been a thaig similar to the Primeval One, just without the red stuff?
EDIT: Worth noting that the Abyssal Rift opened in the Second Blight and that's when the Western Approach was Blighted. So my money's on Zazikel as being the Old God buried there. Left behind some homies before heading up to wipe out Nordbotten.
Really interesting that the Archdemons seem to learn from their siblings' previous experience, and hold grudges. Nordbotten was the first battle the Grey Wardens fought in as an Order, and Zazikale organized the darkspawn better and made sure to wipe out the 'bastions of hope' in the Anderfels before the Wardens could muster a defense.
I got it nevermind! Xd
Glad to hear it! Sorry I couldn't be more help.
I usually like puzzles, but that one was sooo frustrating. Especially since, like I said, the 'hold' function is way bugged on PC. I don't know how many times I yelled 'Stop running around, idiot!' at my screen.
omg the next one is also hilarious
Solas gave it so deep down on him
