That's for normal people. Those of us, who live in Poland and Russia, have to be inventive, because we are deprived of an option to bloody change language in game.

Aww, I'm sorry, I didn't know :(

So in the ending scene with Flemeth/mythal, it looks like she is "pushing" something in the elluvian. What do you guys think that is?

My theory: Either her own spirit for safe keeping, or the other dragon souls she's been collecting over the years. I really think she's putting something in there.

Yes, there's something going on in that scene. I think she's saving a part of her "soul/essence/whatever" to survive, since she knows what Solas is going to do.

I assume she's putting the portion of her power intended for Morrigan there. Either that or its intended to be the old god soul, despite the fact that it happens in every ending.

Otherwise it is still a bit confusing as to what's going on with the OG soul.

The Dragonborn was low, so Flemythal was giving them a hand.

Seriously though, I'm not entirely sure she is dead. If she can split her soul like she did in DA2 to save herself if the Warden kills her, then...I wonder if she has insurance elsewhere too. Solas may have taken the largest piece, but I'll bet Flemythal has another piece somewhere.

In my world with unicorns and rainbows HC Mythal is not dead, but rather in some kind of stasis. Just look at the way Solas gently catches her. You don't catch dead people like that. Well, you do, if you're drama queen. But still.

And you know what else? Those profane in dragon age 2 were said to have been made by "eating the gods". They survive off of Lyrium...

If the old gods are responsible for red lyrium, it'd make sense that it appears underground. Because that's where they were sealed. And when they were sealed, the red lyrium, the taint was probably stored in the golden city at the same time. The taint might be the essence of the old gods full power they once had, hence why they have a connection to it and can call out to it in the first place.

And this is the moment where I again throw in my not-thought-through-at-all theory of (blood) red lyrium being a phylactery for an old god. Just like that life gem in DAO or the blood phylacteries the Chantry uses. Just a bit bigger and... not in a glass but in lyrium and... more and... alive.

:D

Yeees. Most exciting prospect Inquisition gave was the possibility of having some awesome elven villains to work through. Hopped up on red lyrium crack or not.

Or we could say that the red lyrium is more inclined to corrupt the forgotten ones- by proximity, anyway, if we assume void is...down.

So maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe we'll get an ass load of corrupted evil gods. Or, if we think my theory is right that the forgotten ones are the dwarven dieties  and we'll get an ass load of corrupted dwarven..things!

I'd say, Mythal gets OGS no matter what, even if you don't have Keiran in your created world state. That would make sense and simplify things for future content writing,

Spoiler: Mythal has 7 horcruxes like Voldemort! :P

I am totally fine with this.

Red lyrium: not even once.

I don't know. I don't do that so often. You seem fairly sure of it though...? ("This is the point where I slowly back away." - DAO)

I agree with the first theory. She's likely passing her essence to Morrigan, which is highly suggested from the dev notes on the post credit scene.
In fact,I have the suspicion that Morrigan was initially supposed to be in the scene,(arrive right after FenHarel absorbes Mythal's power possibly killing Flemeth in the process)based on the dialogue the modders found.

"Is that a serious question?"

If it's my Dragonborn... stunned by my inquisitor's two-hander before she's even grabbed her first arrow. Downhill from there. (Archer was a bad choice, I don't do that anymore.)

Oh, I am so looking forward to DLC/DA4. Would be fun to fix all this mess.

What I don't get, is if it's their essense and power, why "polluted" and "sundered"? These words indicate, that the taint is relativly recent and is not good for health, so to speak.

Not necessarily. Corypheus is certainly polluted and he's better than ever. Sundered could indicate because some of them had their souls "destroyed". If gods can even truly be destroyed, which this theory would indicate they can't. So being temporarily sundered before they reach their end. While they wait for whatever goal theyre seeking, which I guess is their full power again.

Got to crack a few eggs to make an omlet. May as well be yours if you're a god.

The Dragonborn. Quizzie can't even make her own weapons.

The dragonborn is a shezzarine, the most powerful under Talos, a god who replaces Shor and is a part of that whole mix up and is immensely powerful.

The dragonborn quite honestly would **** on most people in dragon age lorewise. The thu'um and his mastery of it which would be greater than the greybeards after all the souls he consumes would make him a godlike figure from power alone. It wouldn't even be fair.

My Dragonborn was an archer but i think she'd still win. She'd call a dragon to distract the Quizzy then boom....arrow to the face.

My Dragonborn was probably just the sort of embarrassing exception to the rule that nobody speaks about.

Though, to be honest, I haven't actually felt so very powerful in any game. Awsome, yes, but not quite Superman.

AGHHH CORRUPTED FORGOTTEN DWARVEN GODS. Imagine how INSANE that could be! They could defy pretty much everything we've seen or learned to expect from the dwarves and be SO. AWESOME.

I really need to type out my theory about the dwarven deities and the forgotten ones.

And my veil keeping the magic from the dwarves.

One dayyyyyyy.

That's part of what's driving me crazy. Not only do we not know what's going on in Solas's head, but the epilogue was so ambiguous, we can't even tell for sure whose soul went where and with what purpose and now there are like four souls in one body?!?!?! So confused and need to know the truth!!!

Lore always beats gameplay, tis true. That's why I sometimes used the restoration glitch for infinite shouting without cooldowns.

Now that I'm on pc though, there's no need for a glitch I guess.
