Doesn't Solas have a line about choosing to appear "in this limiting form" or something like that? I saw it in a YouTube video so he may only say it if he is angry at the Quizzy, or maybe I just don't remember when exactly he says it.
There was something else I considered too. Mother Giselle suggests to an elven Quizzy that they might be aspects of the maker. This would fit with what Mythal says in DA2, about being a fragment, cast adrift. In fact, that was what I first suspected Flemeth of being before finding out she was actually Mythal. That she was maybe part of the original one godhead, that was both "male" and "female", which makes her the "feminine" aspect that has been largely forgotten in modern "Maker" worship...which seems to focus heavily on a sun god/archetype.
It's possible, sure. It's a little odd though since Solas says he "Hopes your god is worth it" to Cassandra, and Flemeth is open to his existence, or something like it.
Unless they just don't remember before being split.
I don't remember the limiting form comment but I'd love someone to find it. Would further support the idea that Solas and the gods aren't high standing elves.
