I am really cranky that I don't get court disapproval for climbing up the lattice in the garden. It is SO unseemly.  I at least wanted to some grand dame of Orlais to scoff "WELL I NEVER..."

My Inquisitor was usually rather serious when the stakes were high but she really turned up the charm at Halamshiral. I think she shocked not only the court but her allies as well. I loved being able to prove 'em all wrong.

SAME. I held off going up there for the longest time because I thought it'd tank my approval.

 

But then again, Orlesians approve of people doing outrageous things stylishly. And my quizzy's a good climber.

My inquisitor has no tact, charm, or wit, just insane bluntness that seems to make certain people laugh. I head canon her needing lessons from Vivienne on all points of courtly behavior, like extreme help.

I'm a terrible female too.  My best friend is working on me; thus far she's managed to convince me to buy some fancy mascara, lipstick, and even a pair of (short) heels...over almost a decade of knowing each other    Not that I ever use any of it except for fancy occasions.  She has Sephora Rouge, so she took me to get makeovers a few weekends ago.  It was so much fun, but I basically told them, "I have no idea WTF is going on, so just do whatever you want."

 

Apparently telling makeup people "do whatever you want" makes them extremely happy, and the makeup was gorgeous, so everyone went home happy

Anyone have a Lavellan I can doodle? I'm not brave enough to butcher my own, and I wanna practice the whole tarot style more. 

I'm pretty bad at armor as a warning.

I wish we'd gotten a "Halamshiral Preparation" scene. That would've been amazing.

 

I headcanon my quizzy doing a ton of secret research before the ball, and then dazzling everyone with her knowledge of Orlesian politics and social customs. Which fits because I'd taken the noble knowledge perk right before doing the mission!

 

Best thing is imagining Solas standing at the back, watching her take the court by storm and smiling mischevously over his wine glass. Unlike the rest of them, he hadn't underestimated her.

I meet so few women that are "terrible females" as well! I love my trekking shoes, oversized jeans and work t-shirts.  I rarely even brush my hair in the morning, because that might cut into my sleep time.

Also for Halamshiral - i wanted to yell at both Solas and Dorian for being useless drunks.  Or maybe I wanted them to be more useless. Like the only time they ever get a long is then and they're drunk making fun of everything.   So many missed opportunities for hi-jinks during that quest.    I at least wanted one conversation option of: "SOLAS THERE IS BLOOD EVERYWHERE IN THIS ROOM. Stop saying weird things to me about sex and power".

So,  if there is a DLC in the pipeline and GDL is aware of it... do you think that it means that we're going to get post ending DLC with Solas as part of the first DLC??? or maybe there is a play anytime dlc on the way... or maybe they always planned for a Wolfhunt and booked GDL knowing this?

 

It would seem strange to have approached VAs for anything other than the most imminent dlc no?
