Random but whoever made Solas' model needs to get an award. It is literally perfect for the character. Almost completely unassuming and yet there's this something about it, in the slant of his eyes or in his cheekbones or something that also says: trickster. It's really pretty amazing.
The model, the animations, the voice, the personality... they're all amazing.

I just found it funny, personally. They really milked it even more with that one video with Cass and Varric where he walked by shirtless.
On the topic of Cass, I actually don't find her to be all that unconventionally attractive. I never got why people were so weird about her. It's not like she lacks for feminine facial features (especially her eyes, which they highlighted with quite a bit of makeup) and a large jaw alone doesn't make one look "manly".
The Wicked Grace streaking was the pinnacle though

Also, is anyone here like me in that they get pushed away from obvious love interests? In dragon age, for guys I don't think there was really an obvious choice, though Leliana was a lot easier to be with and she seems personality and looks wise to be more "traditional" so to speak.
In DA 2, I think Isabella was the more expected choice, and here, Josephine personally seemed more the expected choice as well. Didn't like any of them for romances.
Anyone just bored with the typical LIs? Like Cullen, he personally seems a lot more safe than the other two choices. Which for me translates to boring... I know a lot of people are tired of weird romances where something like Morrigan's ritual happens lol, but that's also not very entertaining.
And beyond that, I think we've just been saturated from the media with their same old portrayals of beauty that when we see something new, it's a lot more exciting. Granted, it took an in game view to see it first, but still. Variety is always good. I'd personally be rather disappointed if all our love interests looked like Miranda lawson for instance. Solas, Cassandra, they're a breath of fresh air I think.

Y'know I just finished a pt with a Male elf who romanced Cassandra (And she didn't end up as divine thank GOD I was dreading that at the end) and it seems Cassandra is more of the expected choice to me but who knows I haven't tried Josephine's romance yet. Also I find Cassandra attractive and you read all this "She looks like a man!" that some people type. I think maybe it's because she is a very strong Independent Religious Woman and she has this very strong barrier that you have to break to get to her heart....also she can kick butt. I'm wondering if that's why you see all that on the forums. Idk yes she has short hair but she does not look like a man.

That eluvian seems like such an obvious plot device. You could easily write that "some say she followed the mysterious apostate into the eluvian and wasn't seen again..." until DA 4 that is.

Agh all these cats. I had a bad cat week. My dad had to put my cat to sleep on Monday. My mother adopted him for me as a present when I was 16, and he was just a little yellow baby barn cat. He grew up to be the most empathetic and sweetest cat that ever existed. He was 17 and had a good life. I miss him. He was very soft.

Ageless is what they were going for I think, weren't they? Did such a good job.. I want to hug them all... everyone who had a part in it.

It's probably because she's a lot more relevant to the story than josephine is. I just mean looks wise. I'm sure Cass is the developer's baby this time around.
And I think you're probably right. Sadly, there are some guys who are intimidated by independent women like that. Josephine is too, but Cass takes it to another step, in that she tells you what she wants to do regardless of your character, like Morrigan basically, and you never get the sense that she waits on your every whim or that her world revolves around you. She's the boss lady. She's an authorative figure. Not all men can handle women like that.
