I've worked out my Lavellan's family, what she was like as a child, even an Arlathvhen where she briefly crossed paths with Feynriel while he was with Clan Sabrae.  I definitely have a problem.
 
Unfortunately, it's hard to work her family members into any fanfiction except the disjointed 60-odd pages of Lavellan as Fen'Harel's queen.  She's in the south, doing her Inquisitorial thing, and they're all in Wycome.

Yeah, I probably won't go that far into detail about her family and clan. Only what I need to provide her motivations and otherwise be able to rationalize her thoughts and actions. And, of course, give her some interesting stories for dinner conversation.

Vivienne: UGH. You just ruined the only halfway decent thing you owned. You ripped your bodice!!
Inquisitor: Don't worry. It's made to be put back together--seamlessly. It's like the jack-knife of gowns. So the bodice can be ripped open again . . . [winks at Solas] and again . . .  and again.
Dorian: Well, that was certainly exciting. I want one.

On hugging -yes. I wanted to hug cassandra, cullen, Dorian, Cole, Sera, Solas - though I think if you hugged Solas he would just breakdown and cry or something.  Dude just wants for affection so hard.   I wanted to HUG EVERYBODY. You get to hug Varric but only if you kill his friend.

 

There's a hug mod for DAO that lets you hug a bunch of people.  I downloaded it just so I could roll a Dalish and hug Tamlen and never stop.

It's your art though, and if that's just your preference then that's your preference. They just stick out to me because the others look pretty normal, then these two out of the others, one's showing nipples, the other has this pose that reminds me of Prince

I have a theme that I am going with on the Elven Pantheon, when it comes to their clothing. All of them are wearing some type of bodysuit/one piece. If not under other clothes, then as a stand alone outfit. Dirth has black feathers (as you can see on his neck and legs) because of the story of the ravens. Falon'Din has a black vinyl type of piece.

 

Falon'Din...You haven't seen the entire finished product (I cropped it just to him). He is actually surrounded by a bunch of ladies wearing less clothes than him. lol. I was just playing up on the idea that he is a vain guy. He loves to be worshipped and I think he'd like to show off his body to everyone.

 

I find it interesting that you said everyone else looked normal. I was actually thinking, as I was drawing it, that someone would have an issue with Andruil's appearance. She has no leg protection and is swinging from trees. Then again, people are used to women wearing less clothing. It's sometimes strange to see men in the same position.

 

Shrug* Hopes that answers your question. All I can say is, I have my interpretations and I knew not everyone would agree. I'm not upset if you don't approve. That's the thing about art; we all have our own pleasures and squicks. Am I right?

I loved this game...loved the Solas romance....felt legitimately sad for a few days afterwards....but man, that very promising fairy-tale dance scene at the palace was really ruined by that hat I don't remember any of the other characters having to wear one?! Its not like its disguising the fact he's an elf....ugh. Takes away from the scene more than the fact that the two of them are dressed the same.

i still say Felassan was working for Dirthamen/Falon'din and he or they are going around to Solas' artifacts and messing with stuff. That's why we have to reactivate them and why we sometimes randomly find blood alchemy circles on the ground near some of them. He/They are the Moriarty to Solas' Sherlock.

Also, what if Fen'Harel was a beloved general or bodyguard of Mythal. Just a thought since basically his statues are every damn place. Maybe he was like their...champion or something..
