Yeah, I kind of loved how Solas got told by that guy.  I was like 'Oh Solas...sometimes you think you know more than you do.' 

I think telling it how it is may be an Avaar tradition, because if I remember correctly, Sky Watcher has a moment where he totally shuts Vivienne down--no mean task.

 

Or the wind blowing dramatically and each of their priestly robes lifting to reveal their various stocking types and heels. THEY BOTH WORK. I LIKE THEM BOTH. We should do both.

10/10 would pay for $100+ seats to this sure to be a hit Broadway musical. 

 

Some likes briefly returned to me, but alas, they have fled again. Of course, you've selected two of the best animated villain songs ever, and they are perfect. I almost want to make a mix of pertinent songs and make one huge DA musical now. For instance, I'd kill to see Let Me Be Your Wings from Thumbelina morphed into some adorable Solas x Lavellan fade walk song.

I can totally see them under rags near the rotunda, while everyone else has gone to sleep, with a little candle just talking about the past and his fade stories.

Where are you in the game? I think it triggers only before What Pride had Wrought. Or very late in the story anyway.

Yeah, my Lavellan is something betweewixt Belle's Reprise and Pocahontas' Just Around the River Bend. I lied. Mulan's Reflection.

@Avajajed, according to this thread http://forum.bioware...personal-quest/ the quest happens only before What Pride had Wrought but it can apparently not trigger if you never had BW in your party when you collected his artifacts.. Didn't know that.

Where are you in the game? I think it triggers only before What Pride had Wrought. Or very late in the story anyway.

@Avajajed, according to this thread http://forum.bioware...personal-quest/ the quest happens only before What Pride had Wrought but it can apparently not trigger if you never had BW in your party when you collected his artifacts.. Didn't know that.

Oh, I had never even considered Just Around the River Bend for Solas/Lavellan. My head pretty much goes right to the sappy, dreamy songs. Like for the post-break-up separation, I just get "Far Longer than Forever" from The Swan Princess firmly lodged into my head. Though I hope my girl never turns into a swan, that could be bad. These are all awesome choices though!

I've played through twice and I never got Blackwall's or Dorian's quests, and I did do all his Grey Warden stuff. I was thinking it's probably because I exiled the Grey Wardens.>_> As for as Dorian, the same thing happened to a friend of mine, it's a glitch where Mother Gizelle (sp?) never shows up in the main hall....

I'm hoping the trigger in my third playthrough.... T_T

So I can't sit in Judgement anymore. Apparently every time I try, the cut scene doesn't trigger and that grey Warden just kind of stands there in front of me and I stand in front of the chair. I can't interact with her at all.

Abt Dorian: That's upsetting. That quest is really powerful.  I had read in the last patch it was fixed so hopefully you get it.

I actually had these bug issues with both sitting in judgment and Dorian on my first Lavellan too. Took ages to finally be able to promote poor Ser Barris or judge Ser Ruth. And I didn't get to see like 70% of Dorian content at all until my Trevelyan.

So many feelings about "The Swan Princess".   I kind of would want them in something rock-y.  I don't know why.  Giton got in my head with Solas as David Bowie and now it's just lodged there.  Like can't you just imagine him singing in that same desperate way i.e. "Heroes", "Five Years"...ugh that entire album.  I can...

I sadly don't know :-(
I've played 3 times and it always triggered the same way before the temple of mythal.. I both exiled and conscripted the wardens so it's not that. The only thing I can think is that yes, I always used blackwall in party when collecting his stuff. If you have any artifact left to get try to bring him with you.. otherwise I am not sure what to tell you, seems like either a bug, or intended if you don't use him?

Yes I had the same problem with the judgement when I needed to judge Samson. Try restarting the game, it helped me :-)
