Playing as a mage I came across veilfire. How is it that Vivienne, Solas, and Dorian all know what veilfire is, but I don't?

Cassandra's is so perfect.  Like she's shy at first but by the end she's so into it.  I just imagine Cole trying to clap along but he doesn't "get" rhythm so he's just sort of clapping and stomping his feet off beat. It looks hilarious but also adorable.  IMPORTANT:  CABOT IS THE FUN POLICE. STOP JUDGING MY SEX LIFE, CABOT!

Unfortunately the full extent of elven that Bioware has given us is very limited so if you want dialogue fully in elven you're probably best of substituting it with an elfy sounding language or just writing it in English with a disclaimer that they're actually talking elven.

I figure the place itself is of some significance to what he was ORIGINALLY going to tell her.

Messenger of Andruil/ Guide of Falon'Din owls with orbs before the entrance? Check.
Fen'Harel statue at the entrance? Check.

Falon'Din stag statues on either side of the lake? Check.
Ancient Elvhen frescos depicting the downfall of the Elvhen pantheon with what appears to be either Red Lyrium or the Blight infecting many of the figures? Check.

Those are all present elsewhere. The Exalted Plains in particular. Also the Emerald Graves. 

But yeah, I think fast travel might be world canon in this game sometimes. I know it's not, but a month to travel to and from the break-up site? Insanity.

I just headcanon'd it'd happen in the fade, because It's ridiculous to think they'd just walk back awkwardly.

Yeah, it freaks me out that people keep using it when they write Solas. He wouldn't call her da'len if he's sleeping with her. >.<

But that would require an exit Eluvian IN Crestwood. Which.. is NOT canon. Unless there was something I MASSIVELY missed in Crestwood.

 

The entrance to the eluvian network is hidden to everyone but Briala for the Oralsian ones!

 

And it is a canonical fast travel system.

 

And it's a place where elves and only elves feel comfortable (it was implied that Michel could stand it a bit more than Celene and the other humans, but it does seem to be full-elf only)
