They're supposed to be moving on from character information soon, so I expect it wont be too long before they push anything they've got left relating to character info, including the LIs. I honestly don't believe it's going to be that much longer. I think it's very likely it could be at the con. They've announced several others at conventions. They started out with Cassandra and Cullen at a convention, maybe they'll round it off with the last pair. We can hope. 

 

The small optimistic part of me that I haven't smothered beneath years of cynicism thinks that maybe they'll get announced in the following week, before SDCC officially starts. The rest of me is laughing at that part of me.

It would be kind of hilarious if the Inquisitor confided in/made passes at Solas while he was in Fade-Nap mode:

Inquisitor: ...and that's why I bought that collar for the Bog Unicorn. You're such a good listener Solas, sometimes it just feels like everyone else wants something from me. It's really nice having someone to talk to.

Solas: (wakes up, groggily) Huh?

That would be nice, but Dorian is the only one that was just announced over social media. It seems like they like to announce them in a big way, so I'm feeling like it'll be at the con panel. I hope your optimism pans out, though. 

 

On the upside, Patrick Weekes is going to be at the panel. Maybe it'll improve our luck a little?

Which means the Inquisitor has to be Ravenclaw.

I dug them all up once before, but I haven't a clue how far back in my posting history I'd have to go to find them again. However, I remember they were in March of this year, so if you go to his Twitter feed and search for "tweets and replies" and scroll down to around March 10-20, you will find them all.

Tomorrow it'll be 3 days until Comic Con...though the panel with Patrick Weekes is on the second day.

We must persevere... I wish they would've told us back to back or with a set time limit between each one...it's hard to stay positive with all of the speculation going around and no guarantee of when we will hear the news.

If Solas is an LI, the con with Patrick Weekes on the panel would be a great time to announce him, so I'm staying hopeful. They've been alternating genders, so it might just be Vivienne, but I'm hopeful they'll announce Solas or both. They said they want to move on from character stuff soon, so we can hope it means they'll get this out of the way.

Definitely. Sometimes I feel like Vivienne might not even be an LI, with the comments about how it isn't evenly distributed and about how they don't want to make every single woman in a game accessible? I mean you can't romance Leliana and Morrigan but I'd think that would have been a given because of DA:O. A part of me wants her to be, but then another just thinks, "Vivienne is too good and powerful for me" LOL. She's the queen.

Idek anymore, to be honest. As long as Solas is one of the last ones and I can romance him as a human or elven female, I'm good man. I'm good. Trying not to think about the writer distribution thing and stuff.

Honestly, I don't think the writer distribution thing matters. They've never distributed the LIs evenly among the writers before, just like they don't distribute companions evenly, in general. Some writers end up focusing more on stuff like level writing, non-companion characters, lore, etc. I would be actually a little surprised if it does come out that they evenly distributed LIs.

Nice find!   I hope Solas is a cuddler. That idea is just too amazing to let go.

You best hope Solas isn't out dream-walking or a heavy sleeper, because if the Inquisitor has to get up in a jiffy there's going to be problems.

Cassandra: You do realize you have a sleeping elf stuck to you?

Inquisitor: Solas can get a little...clingy at night. At first it was cute, now I can't seem to wake him up without having Blackwall or Bull trying to pry him off.
