Flemeth's comment on how "All things would fall to the Blight. Even I."
Her being familiar with the Dark Ritual to manipulate an Old God soul and cleanse it of the Taint.
The wards on her shack, protecting it even as the Blight rages all around it.
Solas being susceptible to red lyrium.
The 'Whispers Written in Red Lyrium'.
All of the Codex entries about Andruil and her descent into madness.
The elven paintings depicting presumably red lyrium infected people and seeming proto-darkspawn.
Am I missing any of the evidence pointing out to the elven gods having been taken down by the Blight?
EDIT: As for Siha's analysis of my adoration of Corypheus and the Architect, I just realized that Iorveth fits the mold too.
I actually am pretty sure, that these lyrium-infected people are elven followers of Forgotten Ones, red lyrium tattoes included.
Or maybe I should stop playing TLC. Right now.

Wow, I was pretty convinced before but now I'm like 99.99% sure.
If Mythal could cleanse the blight as she presumably did from Andruil, how did the blight manage to take over? Was she murdered by somebody who hoped to spread the blight?
I'm not sure she cleansed the Blight. Her magic overcame Andruil's strength, and she stole the knowledge of how to reach the Void. The codex entry never actually says Andruil was cured, just that peace returned after Andruil couldn't find the abyss anymore.

How am I out of likes right now? *aggressively likes*
EDIT for TOP: An intervention for Solas's fashion sense.
Spoiler
No Leliana? Isn't she supposed to be Johnny on the spot with shoes?
Edit: Also it bothers me how short that outfit makes Josephine looks. Sweetie, no A-line skirts under your coat. You're widening you're silhouette. And what criminal told you your coat can end at the same line as your skirt?

Leliana: Here, Solas, I got you some new shoes!
Solas immediately cuts off the upper portion of the shoes. He isn't no Shem! His toes will not be oppressed by such tyranny!

Hmm...maybe "cleansed" isn't the right word. "Resisted"? She knows how to renew the tainted old god soul and to mask the darkspawn from sensing the taint in the wardens. Somehow that seems significant.

So the opener of the episode is Leliana seeing Solas' bare feet and walking out while she throws a pair of loafers over her shoulder.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mythal and the other gods just assumed it was the void messing with Andruil's head, not something like a 'disease'. They were gods, and even if they weren't truly divine, they were obnoxiously powerful. I'm going to guess that they had never come up against something that legitimately threatened their rule, other than one another. And certainly they didn't get sick or corrupted. No reason to take precautions.

I have no idea, but it freaks me out thinking that this nug mount is smart enough to use its hands to undo the saddle girth when it doesn't feel like carrying me anymore. I think I'll stick with my hart, derpy elk mating screech and all.
My cat is really freaked out by those screeches the harts make, which is bad, because I'm always spamming the RUN FASTER stick, 'cuz I have no patience for unexpected slowing. But then, this is the same cat that gets all up in my stereo's face and sings me the sorrowful song of her people when she hears the accordion on the Amelie soundtrack. So.
P.S. - Where does one get the nugosaur? I don't actually want to ride it because it is HORRIFYING, for reasons including the one you mentioned. But I'd like to know more about these special mounts. Like the bog unicorn, or whatever it's called. Swamp pony. My Little Snotpony. Whatever.

That's true. Kieran's obviously not tainted, and Morrigan says the ritual will preserve Urthemiel's soul, not the corrupted Archdemon. I wonder how long Flemythal's been working on that little trick? My money is that this is a relatively recent development of hers. She's been around for a while and having daughters for a while; if she could cleanse the old god souls earlier, I'd bet she would have.

The nug mount is bought for 10k gold in the shop on the second floor of Val Royeaux. Click the golden nug statue and then do a wartable mission.
The dracolisk is a wartable mission after you kill your first dragon.
The bog unicorn/barded charger/red hart are collector's edition exclusive, I believe?

Maybe she never had the opportunity with the other Blights? Flemeth was born in the Towers Age, around the time of the 3rd Blight. Flemeth has probably only had Mythal with her for the 4th and 5th Blights, unless Mythal had other hosts before Flemeth. If I remember the dialogue correctly (which I might not be) it took Mythal a great deal of effort to connect with Flemeth, so she might not have been around for Blights 1 through 3.

It could be possible that Flemeth/Mythal purposefully went for girls, rather than it being a genetic compulsion. Before this game, it was my understanding that Flemeth may have wanted another female vessel to live on through. Now? It could be that Mythal's remnants preferred a female host. Because Morrigan's child wasn't intended for such things, perhaps the gender didn't matter. Or, if the spirits being passed on do play a factor, could it be that the Old God Soul preferred a male body?

Alistair says she looks Chasind. But she and Flemeth both have dark hair and pale skin and yellow eyes. It wouldn't surprise me if Flemeth is in control over one of her daughters' bodies, and that centuries of using Chasind men as wham-bam-I'll-devour-your-soul papas has led to the Flemeth body being mostly Chasind in appearance. Though according to Morrigan's telling the tale of Flemeth, she also had long black hair back then. *shrug*

i'm a huge supporter of the internet rules and doing my part in enforcing it. Though my contribution of Cole is pg-13 at most. Also it was a dare.More baffled than curious, I have to say. But the more I think about it...

Yeah. I can't see it being very difficult for Flemeth to manipulate her children's genders given the rest of the insane magic she gets up to. I have a feeling that it may be crucial that they are blood related as well.
