This one interested me a bit. Turns out the Ralaferin Clan might be descended from a great lord of Halamshiral back when it was ruled by elves.

I always manage to catch them alive but you can't enter the tomb yet when he and the others are alive though. But they die later in the game and you can enter the tomb as you progress with the main story. I don't remember the exact details of how you get that to happen though.

Oh, I see. I've never gone to the bastion until after I finished the war table operation to open the temple, so that's probably it. I'll try it next playthrough

Yup it's him,I think the halla keeper from the exalted plains shares the same voice actor as well.

 

But yeah,I try not to like blonde elven guys anymore,they all end up dying horribly.(See Tamlen,Nelaros,Paul now Taven)
