Imagine Isabella talking to Solavellan
"Did he light your veilfire?"
"sense your artifact?"
"measure your veil?"
"frill your cake?"
"red your riding hood?"
*Sings "Its too late to apologize."*
"Did he enter your Fade?"

But the dwarf lays the rock down and walks away from it? *confused sorry*
He is leaving a piece of himself behind. He can't go back.
Edited to add: You know. I don't know. And my brain is tired. And I have to write about dead men late into the night. So. I thought he clutched the stone and stayed on the surface, but I could be wrong. Or remember things wrong. So.
Maybe the stone was really a Foucaultian symbol of the importance of self-discipline in the midst of a surveillance culture. And by laying the rock down the dwarf is rejecting the collective hegemony. Also, the Oedipus complex.
"Did he enter your Fade?"
Did he paint your walls? Give you a fortress? Break his orb?

This...THIS AHAHAHAHAHAH. Too good.

Random dwarf hellspiraling?? SOB.
Did he summon your war council?
.

Ooh got it tyty
So he was exiled/banished?
I just want more Solas stories and longer ones and I could just sit there and listen to him tell stories all dayyy
Really, REALLY can't help myself.
Suddenly I wonder if that dwarf was the same one whose ruins we follow through the Hissing Wastes.
I felt so bad for the dwarf in that story but now I'm wondering if it was more his showing that he was leaving the Stone behind and striking out in a new direction for his caste/family.
"Did he endure your people?"
"Recruit your agent?"
"Stab your Abelas?" *puts on Deal with it sunglasses*

OMG YES we needed this to be in the game XD

[pants] Yes, dear, very good indeed.
How the hell could I resist Solas, looking at that face and having to fan myself?

I'm afraid I'm going to start repeating. We need a master list!

Paragon Fairel was all kinds of trippy.
For one thing, it's specifically mentioned that the dwarf structures on the surface predate the First Blight.
But what's up with all of the darkspawn statues, then?

Did he power your geass?
ffs I went to school for ONE DAY and you all lost your minds. I love you.
Oh, I didn't mean I'd be wholly prepared. Just a teeny weeny, itty bitty bit. Then again, it's quite likely I'm being overly optimistic and I won't even be that. From what I've witnessed, there really is no way to prepare oneself for Solas' hellspiral. Onward to emotional trauma, heartache, and tears, then. I shall face it head on! ...and then break. Horribly. I'm even more thankful for the blanket fort now.
And then you can always go in for another play through. Ride the Fade train!
Ok, I finished my drawing
I can finally go to sleep now
After all it's ONLY 5 am here, nothing to worry about
...Damn egg, what are you doing to my health!!??
I'll leave it here if anyone wants to see it ^^ but it's kinda sad so if you're in a "not hellspiral/fort blanket mode" maybe don't look xD
