Also tasted Wild Nug, but it wasn't that awesome. Grandfather used to hunt them when I was very young.

If by nug you mean boar, my uncle used to here as well. I didn't though, just deer and birds. My last dog was trained for boar hunting though.

Has Weekes ever said which vallaslin he has?  Or would that still be considered a spolier for future content?

 

I don't believe he said. Briala says she can't recognize it. And the description almost made it sound like the vallaslin 'moved'. I don't know if that was just meant to be decorative, like interlocking moving lines. Or if it actually changed design through magic on occasion. 

 

There was something about it going under the eyes, with the rest of it obscured by his hood. If it is one of the creator vallaslin, unfortunately that doesn't really narrow it down. Almost all of them have vallaslin that touches beneath the eye. I'm guessing though that he either has Fen'Harel's vallaslin, or a Forgotten One marking. Elgar'nan is also a possibility.

He does! It is on my list of things to do. Admittedly, I kind of imagined him being a lot older. But I suppose that a younger design actually fits better if he's an ancient elf.

I think my girl would have still gone for Solas. But chances are if Felassan was in the game, I would have made a completely different character and not her.  

 

Yara would hate to accept that she is not the one true snark elf. She thinks she holds this title. She is wrooong. Felassan would destroy her. [I did give her violet eyes in honor of him though.]

Looking back through his comments, saying things like 'appreciating violence', and 'you wouldn't want to meet my people', seems to sound more and more like he might have been originally one of the Forgotten One folks. They don't mention if his vallaslin was red or not.

I tend to think that Fen'Harel doesn't have a vallaslin at all, actually. Being someone completely against slavery and such markings, it'd make no sense for him to have created one to begin with. If it does exist, I wonder how they'll explain it, but so far, I'm more convinced it doesn't exist at all, and  even though creating one would be fun, it would also be an aberration in Fen'Harel's eyes.

It's possible that he wasn't always against it, and that he takes a strong stance against it because it reminds him of his past sins. That's how I see his reactions to a lot of things, him hating things that remind him of his flaws and failures.

Possibly! But, I would think different clans might have different styles of tattoos. So I'm not sure if they would notice right off the bat if there was something different, particularly if he was mostly wearing a hood. Admittedly Briala wouldn't be a good judge of what was 'unusual', I'm just going off of what the vague description for it is. There's really not a lot for Felassan. Just violet eyes, a hood, and vallaslin.

I imagine him a lot older too. Especially since Briala calls him 'Hahren'. Some of the artworks I've seen of him look rather young.

His relationship with Briala seemed very fatherly too, rather than potentially romantic. Like, even if Briala had no interest in men, I don't remember any lines hinting at awkwardness between them or having ever existed between them. Which helped make him seem a lot older, so much that such a relationship wouldn't have even crossed either of their minds. 

 

I pictured someone like Orsino, but with better or no hair. If Solas is in his forties, maybe a guy in his later fifties or sixties. 

 

But if he was an ancient elf, I suppose he probably was a bit younger. Just with immortalish maturity.

Sorry for off-topic (should probably just PM ), but a quick question to @Colonel or anyone else that may know the answer.

Can one still get Leliana as Divine, if you choose to do Champions of the Just (disbanding the order, btw)?

I have looked at the so called point system on a couple of sites (some of them don't match up ), and I may have missed a few points that would have helped bolster Leliana toward the position. This is for my M!Lavellan, who will be romancing Cass. He is still in Haven (obviously), but I think there are already two convos I may have screwed up, to keep Lel in the lead, for Divine. Due to Samhal's character traits, Viv isn't even an option (though they are getting along better than I expected *shrug*).
