That'd be interesting. I'm really looking forward to what we'll end up learning about the elven pantheon and the ancient elves in general. And if a question like that is spoilers, I guess one way or another the Inquisitor will be getting some answers in the end...

My headcanon is firmly on that the Elven Pantheon are the same as the System Lords in Stargate SG1. I demand them to dress the part or I will be so disappointed.

That is one of the main reasons I expect ridiculous outfits. That and Solas talking about how vanity was a major motivator for some of the gods. Tevinter is also a bit over the top. I would love if Arlathan made them look tame by comparison. 

 

So far almost every elf that has reason to remember the old ways [Solas, Abelas, Felassan], does so with a hook. Arlathan was great and amazing...buuut also kind of a shitty place as far as the people went.

I've heard the theory that that banter with Cole about some contest or something where "he" gets a new family is about something that went down between the creators and forgotten ones that somehow got Solas adopted into the pantheon.

I am sorry to interrupt your dicussion, but i have some questions about the Dread Wolf. First of all i have yet to play female elf in this game, but it is my next playthrough. I have gathered from discussions around on the forum and youtube etc that the romance with Solas is very well written and emotional. I don't know anything about it except that it ends badly. So what makes this romance worth it? Is there alot of exclusive dialogue between them because of the elf thing? Is there more if you are a mage?. Is the romance filled with awe moments? Is it a cliche?. I am very curious about it, but i don't want anything spoiled, just wnat to know why you think it is worth pursuing.
