Ah... I forgot about that... Although both Kaidan and Ashley do that so I don't take it too personally on that. xD The bitchfest was irritating even more to me since I joined the ME Universe at ME2 (PS3 user, yay!), so I didn't have the backstory on Cerberus and didn't think them too bad.

 

Erm... on-topic: Solas and Javik have a lot in common...

It helps that I wasn't dating him But he seemed less annoying about it to me. Probably for that reason.

 

It felt awkward though in the hospital with his chest all out, where Ash was supposed to be. And carrying him when it was supposed to be Ash.

Imma be honest - without the dying part - would play 'boring Mims' as a character.  Would probably love her to death.  You have no super-powers, you have to rely pretty much on everyone else and you're just kind of this chill tag-along.  Do you have sassy - one liners?

But, I do give the party a +20 in cooking. I'm sure this business with Corypheus can be solved with some egg muffins.

Kaidan is usually alive in my run (sad and alone, since my She usually dump him for Garrus. My headcanon want that he and Cortez end up together.) and Ash is alive in the maleShep run (left behind for Jack. Vega is free to try something with her).

I find them both not so much interesting to continue their romance post ME1. I like much more the companions/romance (minus Jacob) in ME2.

 

I can't play a male Shepard. I tried, but Meer's voice is just so lifeless! Even in ME3 when they seemed to give the VA's more emotional freedom, which is a shame because I really wanted to romance Tali (Team Dextro for life!). But nope; I always revert to a fem!Shep that bangs Garrus. ;_; And I can see my Inquisitor playing out the same way with Solas. Damn it!

Although Cullen and a table... I'm intrigued.

You kidding? I imagine Kaidan's church boy exterior hides one kinky bastard if ever. Not full-on dirtykinky, but he probably has an interesting video collection and likes to try new things. And have new things tried on him. Frequently. Possibly while knowing others are able to see them.

Now that I think about it though.... it probably fits.

 

I thought Kaidan was perfect in ME1 at the time. I was so into him... He was ok in ME3 the first time I played it. Disappointed with his romance though. Liara was a much better friend, always there for my Shepard when she needed support while Kaidan was... somewhere. Liara stole my heart in ME3. I wished I had dumped Kaidan and gone for her. Best partner you can wish for. I broke Garrus' heart for nothing too when I got back together with Kaidan (she was lonely, ok?!). Should have made Liara my canon romance. Retrospect is a b*tch. Currently correcting my mistake in my fifth PT...

Recently I realized how smoothly he blackmails you emotionally into resuming the relationship in the hospital. I like him less now. Best straight romance for me was Alistair. Much much better than Kaidan I hate to say.

The German voice acting in ME1 was so bad, I can't stop laughing watching it on YT (had the UK version). They used two different voice actors for Sheploo in German. The second one was better. ME2 was much better overall. I guess ME1 wasn't big enough a title to hire skilled actors.

I never got that impression. My canon Shepard was still very much into him and did not need to be blackmailed to follow what she wanted anyway. I DO wish we had an option to be a bit more grumpy about some things, but I can't blame the character for what was not available to me from the writers. Just like complaining that Lavellan must be love-blind and not question some of the stuff Solas said. Well, when there's no options.... whatyougonnado?

 

On the other hand, I don't much like the Alistair romance anymore and he was canon for me. Funny how these things work!

Elven siblings?  Garahel and Isseya.  Fenris and Varania. And those brothers in DA2 who joined the Qun because they killed their sister's rapist. 

 

There's some conflicting information about elven reproduction, because I recall a codex in DA:O that elves reproduce slowly (although I may be remembering this incorrectly), while Fenris has a banter that suggests elves reproduce quickly because, "we're plucky that way."
