I feel like Rakesh needs WAY more explanation - because it's hilarious.

 

So in the game - Rakesh(a LI) will come to your character covered in paint and asks you to smear mayonnaise all over his body to get it off. IT'S INSANE.

 

Rabbit, what is Mythal/Solas eating? A danish??? Also these are amazing.

Pretty sure one of us has a rakesh screenshot of asking you to rub mayo on him. Because that's what friends do for each other, amiright?

That was the staff Solas was holding for the like... 3 seconds we see it during the Dawn will Come song. My qyestion is, WTF is that 3-headed dragon staff and where does it come from? We don't see (as far as I can tell) that model of staff anywhere else in the game and even later in the same scene, Solas has Tyrrda's staff. I've been wondering about it since I first played the game, but until I saw the full staff today, I thought I might have been wrong and it was just Tyrrda's staff from some weird angle. Anyone has an idea?

Starting to read The Stolen Throne now. Figured it might help me get more into my DA:O playthrough, and understand characters and settings of this game. I hope I'll like it as much if not more than The Masked Empire.

Orsino's "Staff of Corruption" corrupted many young acolytes  . . . and eventually Meredith.

 

Anders wielded the "Mystical Healing Staff of Bow-Chicka-Wow-Wow" throughout Awakenings . . . and was famous at the Pearl for repeatedly demonstrating the magical healing powers of his staff. Anders's post-Justice "Fiery Vengence! What?! Am I Coming on Too Strong? Staff" would prove he often couldn't contain his staff's explosive power.

 

Solas's "Staff of Indomitable Focus" proved to be able to withstand repeated, nightly sieges.   

 

Dorian's "Altus in the Streets, But Magister in the Sheets Staff" was impeccably well-manicured and highly well-versed in many ancient Tevinter staff techniques. It was also, of course, delightful.

 

 

Thus, when I read "Staff of Corruption" my mind went somewhere magical. The end.
