edit: sorry too much multiquote
dwarves are looked down on? From the game i've been getting the impression that they are viewed as a model minority. They can live in the upper class district, they have positions of power due to their vital role, there are no complaints towards them other than being short. Personally, I like the internal conflict, it makes the world more immersive because it reflects our world in a realistic cynical fashion. I wish there was more for possibly a warden but inquisitor has been reminded by everyone that they have no idea what people really think of them. So you remain naive in your own company.
edit: They're also practical and non-magical. So safe and efficient.
If you think dragon age is racist, you should play witcher or elder scrolls you f*cking N'wah.
I think someone is in need of Steve.

Believe me I don't like being stuck here all the time so my hubby takes me out every now and then thank GOD. I get depressed. I would love to have at least a part time job but my job is here at home. So I make do with what I have.

A lot of multiquote, but I'm once again out of likes and I gotta give some love.
-snip-Especially Qunari, and especially if you're smashing the right hand of the last divine. Someone should say something to you and Cass about that. And if you're a blood mage or so on, necromage, etc, somebody should say something about your maleficarum ass.
I remember playing a game on the Master System years ago, I remmeber it was called Ultima [InsertRomanNumeralsHere] but not which incarnation. If you were a certain class or personality type, what you did, who you had in your party already, etc. all affected where you could go, who would join you, who would speak to you. Steal all the gold in the nasty king's treasure room? Awesome ally won't join you. But I gave it all to the beggar! Thousands of gold! Nope! It was pretty in depth for its age... Sadly it was boring as **** and completely RNG. I could never play it for more than a few minutes. x)
That part wasn't from the Fic, I just think that's too convenient. I don't think it's right. It's just, if he's all "when did I say I would save you?" Why would he free slaves? Why would people abhor and forget him? What if everything we thought we knew about Solas is wrong? What if he's a better liar then we thought, what if he has lingering guilt from leaving everyone to thier fate?
I am interested in where all these brainwaves are coming from. ^^
-snip-
Mims you're a sweetheart. Take a
for every comment you've made over the passed few pages.
Okay, maybe I get this all wrong but in case you really take fanfic as a basis: don't.
Besides, you really overstrain those rhetorical questions. There's a lot of people on this thread and you can be sure that about every possible theory has come up already and every opinion is represented by at least one person here. What if - yes! What if everything. We don't claim to know "everything about Solas". And the "lingering guilt" is also no new idea. We will have to wait and see how things turn out.
But how is that related to racism?
And don't forget that the Dalish are just as racist toward humans as the other way round.
You take a heart too. ![]()
I've romanced Anders about 8 or 9 times..Fenris ....7.
So either are worth doing.
I would exclaim surprise at the number of times you must've played DA2, but I did romance Garrus at least 6 times, so I can't judge. xD

We are looking into what we can make (Fen'harel + ball pattern leggings anyone?) and various manufacturers. You all will be the first to know when Carrieli and I figure out our business plan.
Just know that you can soon expect all of the dragon age products you never even knew you wanted.

Yes I know..I'm just the kind of person that plays the heck out of a game when I like it. I've played Borderlands 2 about 8 times now...mass effect 2 at least 15 times...the list goes on lol! XD
When you are a house wife and have no job or drivers license due to seizures you try to find something to do when you are not cleaning house or cooking. It's weird but that's just me.
i'm the same way! i don't have a huge list of games that i play because i replay the games i like over and over again. i must have made well over 20 hawkes haha. i haven't played ME2 quite as much as you have, but i play the whole trilogy in succession and 15 playthroughs through 3 consecutive ganmes is a bit much even for me
i just like to stick with a game i like for a long time.

I'm glad I'm not the only one lol. I used to be just a Sims gamer and Nintendo gamer but I started playing different games(RPG's and Indie games) on my PC and love it but I am picky with my games that's why I don't have a huge list and when I like a game I will play it for months.
EDIT: Solas pic! A pic that they released before the game came out.

20 Hawkes...

I think I've made about 4 Hawkes, but only completed 2 of them (a canon female Hawke and an alternate male Hawke). I usually ever play through a whole DA game 3 times -- 1 female PT (usually my canon), 1 male PT, and a replay of my female PT to relive the moments and choices I've made. ![]()
