Here's my elven god sketch dump for the night (speaking of glitter).
This has nothing to do with the content of your post. I just wanted to say that the Halamshiral recolor mods are getting much improved over the first couple released. It's amazing how the look of the clothing changes with just some recoloring so it's not all primary colors.
That being said, I'm also digging the Invisible Halamshiral clothing for the Inquisitor. The elf armors look elegant enough to fit in there.
I agree, though she was only wearing her armor because she had just battled with Florianne. She wore the Halamshiral formal attire the rest of the time there. I really like the heavy Dalish armor on her. She's an archer rogue, but I downloaded a mod to let her wear armor outside her class. I think it fits the archer look, regardless.
Nothing negative, really. You're a shiny diamond in glittering stardust yourself. That's why we've accepted you into the Geth consensus.
And you wouldn't happen to care for some mail order glitter? In your case it might work as a genuine gift.
D'aww. That almost outweighs the downside of being absorbed into a gestalt synthetic intelligence. ![]()
And yes, glitter would be a genuine gift for me. Preferably nail-polish with glitter in it. ![]()
MTC: I love your art-work there. Especially the paint stains on Fen'harel. ![]()
Good morning, thread!
It's great to start the day with some lovely art.
That was basically me and my brother:
"Woah, Solas is some guy."
"Come again?"
"Yeah, I don't know who he is. But apparently he was some other guy the whole time."
I've since been giving small lore primers to my friends who play. Just roughly covering some things in DA they might not have picked up on, such as the orlesians and the backstory of the elvhen gods. Also the events of Legacy DLC.
We are the great misunderstood...

That's more intelligence than some people can even dream of.
Enough glitter? I threw in all I got.

That is the optimum level of glitter.
Someone give me pro tips for convincing my entire social circle to play Inquisition so I can have people offline to chat about this stuff to as well. I have like, two friends who've played it, and I no longer live in the same city as them. Boo, hiss. This is part of why I'm forcing my husband to play it. Like, I've literally negotiated a weekly Dragon Age gaming requirement.
Don't judge.
Well, I kinda cheat since my social circle mostly consists of people either working in the video game industry on various levels, or people deeply passionate of video games in general. Ain't difficult to get their attention about DA:I then.

LOVE THEM.
And I think I have a crush on Mythal, we need more Mythal art around, she rocks too much, for real.
I wish I could bond like this over video games with my sister, but I don't think she's played a single one in her life. It blows my mind. But I feel like if I could just get her over the mental block of "video games are for kids", she'd probably really enjoy something like Inquisition.

I feel you on this. I try to convince myself it's for the best, however: at least nobody has context enough to understand how far gone I am.

Seriously! Apparently I couldn't even bring myself to change her appearance (except to add giant puffed sleeves [what's wrong with me]).

Here's more screenshots of Solas in the Halamshiral retexture (http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/430/?). Black and green looks good on him:
And my Lavellan in it:
The various sub-sections of my family celebrate birthdays in various ways, so I've spent the past four days being shuttled from one house to the other and enduring many puns. None of them involved access to my computer.
I'm a fan of glitter-con.
I never attend family birthday parties. I just make up an excuse.
I was looking at these item packs, yeah. Why do you think they're worth buying?
They're worth getting, but only if you also get mods that allow the items to level up with Hawke. The accessories already do, but they're for companions, but the armour is frustrating because it looks amazing but by the time you're the right level to wear each piece in a set you've outleveled it.
You do get your dad's naked Andraste staff (which is the best staff in the game).

It looks much better than the tin soldier combination we get
I wish I could play on PC, all teh awesome mods... everytime I see a Lavellan with the gorgeous alternatives to Skyhold pajamas, my soul cries a bit. Someday...

I'm pretty fond of the current pajama retexture my Lavellan's using. I enjoying switching them up (http://www.nexusmods...tion/mods/321/?). I know the feeling, though. I used to play on PS3 and would look longingly at the mods for ME3. When my PS3 died in a power surge (despite being plugged into a power strip
), it was all the more incentive to switch to PC gaming.

I love this! It's the one I like the best from those I have seen so far. It actually makes you look like the leader of a powerful organization, instead of the leader of a powerful organization who just woke up
*bitter player is bitterest about the pjs*
It cracks me up when Vivienne tells you that you have to dress to impress because of your important position. Well, I guess seeing how the Herald of Andraste looks like when she's about to go to bed has its shock value.

Ha, well I guess it works that I didn't get that talk from Vivienne this playthrough. She instead took the initiative to rearrange her furniture because her old stuff was "infested with lice and fleas" XD. I don't get it. They had major disagreements about pretty much everything, but despite that my Lavellan was polite to her. Oh well, I digress *shrugs*
I now know what it is like to be outraged by something Bioware has done while everyone around me makes excuses for them. Lol.
Maybe not outraged, but I'm still pretty frustrated. I feel like it was bait and switch. I had hype.
I'm getting increasingly annoyed at the possibility that they make it a paying DLC, I had hype too. I'm trying to wait until it's confirmed that BE is not on Patch 6 either, then I will give in to rage.

Sort of like this?

Sort of like this?
If it were a part of patch 6, which I highly doubt, no one would be able to confirm because everyone signed their lives away via NDA.
Either it's paid DLC or its gone the way of follower friday.

EDIT: ToP
Finally found the quote, and finally foung the gifs, so I can now finally and gloriously join the two of them because I feel like it:
Spoiler
OMG you're using gifs from the greatest show on TV. I was dying watching this episode. LMAO
Edit:
Gods I feel like I haven't been here in forever which I haven't to be fair. Patiently waiting for patch 6.
Have a Solas!
parts of the BE are being included in Patch 5 it seems (the subtitle size change and the chest), so I'm just assuming the other stuff isn't ready yet? It could be the rest was too buggy to add in with Patch 5?
EDIT: ToP
Spoiler
Because I need something to cheer me up atm. Bum day is all, not only because of lack of BE.
Glad I'm not the only one
Today is just one of those days. I don't think I've ever had a good Tuesday though.
