Spoiler
My god, Mims. Your dog is so gorgeous. *0* Is s/he a Border Collie? I have such a soft spot for collie-ish dogs. And related mutts.
Well, at this point, any in-game Solavellan Pieta Plagiarism would probably come about as a result of one of them dying during Wolf Hunt DLC. Which...yeah. Let's not go there. Or alternatively, let's go there and wallow in tears. I've come up with ways to work around just about every possible depressing ending.
Except Lavellan dying and Solas surviving. That would IMO be the absolute worst
I think I've suitably prepared myself for every possible worst case scenario--the WORST of which would be nothing more than a slight, one line nod to the relationship and then no rekindling or other form of closure what-so-ever--but am cautiously optimistic that we'll get more. I don't know whether they'll go the 100% unavoidable tragedy route, but I think that'd be such a frigging waste. They've made Solas into such a sympathetic, dynamic character that so many of us are into, it'd be a complete and stupid shame to unavoidably kill him off in DLC, in my opinion. I don't know why I'm rambling about this. My feeelings.
But I still worry. ._. Plz help us Bioware, only you have the power.

Does the shirt run a little big then? I was worried, because I'm sort of between sizes, and I'm reaalllly afraid I bought a size too big.
Compared to typical ladies shirts, I would say yes. From my experience, most shirts that are classified as 'ladies' tend to have a sharp hip cut to them. Bioware shirts don't seem to have as sharp cut. Although I will say I am sort of an awkward size. I'm only 5'1" with a fairly short torso, but larger bust.
I would say they are more forgiving than overly large. Although someone taller than me might say otherwise!
Doggie! Such a cute doggie! Is he trying to be a Dread Puppy?
Probably. He is such a ham.

Can you tint before going to Skyhold?
From what I remember from testing, no, the tinter is only in skyhold undercroft.

When Solas leaves it locks you into the romance. If you try to start the romance with Cullen, he says he knows you're involved with someone else or something like that. You can't switch after the break up. I try to be optimistic and hope it means we'll get more content with DLC.
But yes, Cullen is pretty sweet.
Ahaha, I wanted to name it "Dareth Shiral, you little ****" but went with something sweeter XD
Ah, well. Hopefully the locked in romance at break up is a sign of future content/resolution!

We aren't sure! The pound had him listed as an australian shepherd. He looks like one, except he's a lot more short legged than they usually are. So we figure he's some sort of herd dog mutt.
As for potential death dramas, I am prepared for most. My ideal sad ending would be something with a bit of an upswing. Such as Fen'Harel possibly getting trapped in the eluvian like the other gods, and Lavellan promising to find a way to free him. As long as Solas doesn't die thinking that he'd failed at everything.

no it was spoiler Tag. But it was a 1080x1090 gif with almost 190 frames. The person apologized and removed it.
Edit: said it was their first time making a gif.
Oh aye, I wasn't having a go at anyone. ![]()

Woah, that's unexpected. I'm not worried, as Weekes is an awesome writer. But still surprised.
I really, really hope people did not break Gaider down and influence said decision.

At least Gaider said he'll be staying with Bioware. He decided it was time to move on to a new project.

Btw, omg, when will they fix Solas' helmet at halimshirel?
I would already be happy with the male elf arms being fixed...I have stopped my Cassy run because my poor Amrod was really painful to see out of gray warden/Keeper robes. ![]()
I have started a Cullen run with a mage elf. The temptation to do again Solas run...I'm resisting only because I have paused the Darel run because I want it to be my canon with Solas romance. And I want to give Cullen a chance. And I'm still hoping a DLC or patch to take away those awful pijamas will came out, because I'm on console, and is quite underwelming the scene with the sword and the nomination at Inquistor with those bland beige things on
Why can't we wear our armour in such important moment?
Sigh. Strange design decision I can't understand by BioWare. ![]()
By the way, I have (almost) came to terms that Solas's romance may end up in tragedy (if it will be finished in some way: DLC; expansion, new game). Only because there are many others romance I can pursue, so at least some will end in a happier note... ![]()

I don't have any opinion on Gaider, though I'm currently reading a DA novel he wrote and definitely am enjoying it. But I'm too ignorant yet to have a proper reaction about his leaving, I just hope it's because of healthy reasons.
And I wish him all the best in his future endeavors, I can't wait to see what they'll be about.
On the other hand, I can't be anything else but grateful that Patrick Weekes is the one appointed to follow his footsteps, I'm sure he'll do it pretty well.

It's surprising but at the same time not. Good for him, and I'm sure Dragon Age will carry on beautifully with Weekes at the helm.
Still... wow. ![]()

IMO it's good for IPs to get new people at the helm from time to time. David Gaider had a decade to set up Dragon Age and tell a bunch of amazing stories in it. And it's in great hands with Patrick Weekes. Even if it means we might be drowning in fan tears for all eternity ![]()

That's how I feel. Solas was my first playthrough's romance- unspoiled about the truth so it was a bit of a shock. Trying other romances at least gives me an option of a less depressing outcome for some of my Inquisitors.
