Someone probably sent that due to how there's no way Solas is race-gated. I am still trying to figure out where people got that idea from, honestly.
Someone who went to Gaymerx2 said they asked David in person if the last two were race gated, saying he confirmed it. Later on the poster acknowledged that perhaps they misunderstood his response. It's possible the second post was missed by a lot of folks due to the fast moving Romance thread.
I admit I had my own reasons for thinking it had to be the last two (as did others). It turned out I was mistaken. It happens ( it's still good news for me anyway

I wonder how Dorian feels about Qunari, considering he's Tevinter...

Outside of Vivienne, I'm having a hard time placing anyone for race gating. At least where established LIs are concerned.
A part of me feels like it'll be one heterosexual romance per-gender, and I can't see it being Cassandra seeing as Vivienne has more reasons to be race-gated. Maybe Vivienne will be straight and race-gated and Cullen will be straight and race-gated. Straight players will always have Cassandra, Josephine, Iron-Bull and likely Solas to fall back on anyhow.

Yeah, this has been brought up before around here, but what we know of Solas also made him seem unlikely for race gating. And now if the race gated LIs aren't both the unannounced ones, that complicates the guesses a bit since Vivienne seemed like one of the more obvious ones for gating.

But to be honest, if you don't play as a mage, he should also be class gated, and they didn't say class restriction is existing.

We actually have considered this, and while it does make sense, it makes just as much sense for him to be open about being with a dwarf who can't dream. It's part of his character to not be judgmental. That said, for a story-based reason, if his romance plot involves scenes in the Fade, then it'd make complete sense to have him gated against dwarves.

With what little we know about the characters, I can see Viv being race-gated to maintain her reputation. Other than that, I really can't guess.

As for possible race gates;
-Cullen has said pretty rude things about both dwarves and Qunari in the past.
-Sera doesn't like nobles, the human Inquisitor is a noble.
-Varric has said he's not into humans and he has issues with Qunari.
-Dorian is from Tevinter, which has issues with Qunari. (His opinion has never been stated and may easily not align with Tevinter's.)
-Vivienne may be gated because of her image issues and the scandal dating certain races could cause.
-Solas doesn't connect with dwarves because of their fade connection theory. (Fan theory without any real hints from official sources how he feels about dwarves.)
None of the above would surprise me. My guess is that Vivienne will be bi and available for humans and maybe one other race and Cullen or Dorian will be the gated male, with Solas as an ungated bi male. I'm leaning towards Cullen as gated, since he's shown dislike for certain races before. I don't really think Solas will actually have a problem with dwarves. Second possibility is that they planned all the gated options as males (Iron Bull, Cullen, Varric) and it would likely be Solas as a bi, ungated option and Varric just for female dwarves. I'm leaning towards Vivienne/Solas as bi options, though. It's just such a great opportunity to give everyone equal options, I hope they took it.

Considering that Solas is all about the Fade, I can't imagine there not being some kind of Fade-related sequence if you're in a romance with him. With that being said, I don't think only mages can enter the Fade, right? That whole Feynriel battling against demons in the Fade storyline in DA2 had non-mages (either you or some of your party members) traversing the Fade, didn't it? So, there'd be no reason for Solas to be class-gated.
If it comes down between Vivienne and Solas, then I definitely do think that the former is more likely to be race-gated than the latter.

Ohgren is a pretty good example that under certain circumstances a dwarf can enter the Fade. Maybe the Fade hand or the explosion in general could be that "certain circumstance" for your dwarf inquisitor to enter the Fade.

Can't you take Varric into the fade in DA2? And the dwarf warden goes into the fade in Origins/Awakening. It's possible to do it, maybe even more so when you have the weird fade powers the Inquisitor has.

Lol wow, that got hella misunderstood. That was me and actually I asked David if Iron Bull had been one of the 2 race-gated LIs (and thus there was only one now), or if he had been a third (and thus there were still 2 LIs who are race-gated). He confirmed that Iron Bull had been one of 3 and now there were still 2.
He said nothing about whether they were among the announced or the un-announced LIs, and I never claimed that he said that. Someone must have misunderstood my initial post and assumed that "there are still 2 race-gated LIs" meant "there are still 2 race-gated LIs that haven't been announced as LIs".
The thing is though is that Iron Bull was going to be gated as well, I doubt Bioware were going to gate both Cullen and Iron Bull as female Inquisitors are kinda getting screwed over that way. My money is on Sera or Cullen though, as well as Vivienne who is practically confirmed.
On the Solas and Dwarves thing. The Inquisitor is a special case though, aren't they? They have a direct connection to the fade. Who says that they won't be able to dream? It's clear that dwarves can dream if given an artificial means to do so, like becoming a warden. And even if they can't dream, perhaps their connection to the fade will be more than enough to attract Solas.
It is a good theory though.
