Yup! All planned DLC will be post-game. If you made Vivienne divine, she'll stick around a bit longer if you ask (and she doesn't hate you, otherwise nope). Dorian will likely stay too, if he says he will. The Keep is a little mixed up atm.

At one point Solas gets low health from something and calls out "I need help!", and I'm sitting there going, "Want a potion, do you? BARRIER YOURSELF YOU ASSHOookay here's a potion I love you, you bald bastard. Also f*ck you!"

In all seriousness, Solas/Morrigan would be the most hilariously angsty and flighty romance of all time. I could ship it. They'd never know who was leaving who.
I do think the game is going to play them out to be more as siblings though.

It was announced in a pre-launch interview with Mike Laidlaw and is pretty much bandied about as law in other threads. Though of course, plans change. I imagine that not even an expansion is actually off the table at present. The only thing that makes me think they'll keep the DLC post-game is that it is just so hollow right now. It would make the game too top heavy.
