I'm starting to get on this corytheus/architect ship. I wonder what they looked like pre-blighted.

Duh! They stole Arlathan glitter fashion and added angles all over it

Apparently, pretty hot. This may or may not have been the start of the hellspiral...

We've had thoughts about this: they were like Ancient Babylon meets Egypt with just a splash of the Early Renaissance. But yes, angles.

I may actually prefer it. As much as I love June and glitter, I will take dark silks, gold and blood red gems over that any day.
This threads getting weird again. I love it. xD
Why yes, I believe you can. They WOULD be cute together. Then again, I think Scout Harding would be cute with just about anyone. It's probably the freckles.
Edit: Formatting weirdness.
She would be cute with anyone. But she's cutest with Krem and/or my Cadash.
I'm still poring over Alamarri theories and those statues. The dwarven statues Fairel made in the Western Approach that seem to depict darkspawn are also curious, since I thought he left a long time before the First Blight?
4:2 Black? That can't be right, can it? The Neromenian Dreamers had a handle on blood magic well over a thousand years before that, and the Chantry had been hunting blood mages and maleficar in general for four centuries. Wasn't it that some people theorize that the Forbidden Ones were the ones who taught the Neromenians, and not the Old Gods?
Hrrm.
I got a codex for ya, Caddius.

So Kal Repartha (that dwarven city in the Hissing Wastes) was built "thousands" of years ago. From the descriptions of Fairel's weapons, it was definitely pre-first blight. The dwarves lost most of their advanced civilization along with their empire in the blight (not unlike the fall of Arlathan).
What's really interesting is the mention of the "urtok" or dragon.
"From the Stone, have no fear of anything,
but the stone-less sky betrays with wings of flame.
If the surface must be breached, if there is no other
way,
bring weapons against the urtok, and heed their
screams."
The poem is a family motto that had been passed down generations to Fairel and his sons. But why would dwarves need fear dragons underground? Unless they're talking about the Old God Dragons underground? I thought maybe ancient dwarves roamed the surface freely, but the writer makes it sound like even an ancient dwarf being above ground was an uncommon occurrence.
Thoughts?
*Whispers shyly* Today I published my first fanfiction ever and it's Solavellan (damn, Solavellan makes me want to write so much):

I guess ancient dwarves had strained relationship with Arlathan. Look at this song:
If I may ask you lovely people some advice?
The BW sale is on (I've already clocked that Morrigan hoody, so pretty) and since I'm buying, I wanted to get a Solas tarot shirt (not sure which one yet) the thing is, I'm from the UK so I'm not used to seeing the size differences. I've got a few tabs up with conversion charts from US to UK, but I'm struggling with the ladies vs men's shirts. I'd love to get the ladies one since it's nice and curvy but it looks fitted and very small (I'm a UK size 18, trying to drop...) so I'm not sure whether or not to go for it, or play it safe and get the men's size instead.
I'd appreciate advice, and trying not to derail the whole Magister-shipping thing xD

By the way, I stalked a bit (because that's what I do best), and I LOVE your warden cosplay. Too bad I missed it during Japan Expo though.
Please post more :3
Meh, they can keep their bestiality. What bothers me is the AU professor solas or AU hipster solas. If dorian and vivianne's criticism is correct, Solas should be a smelly homeless hobo who was a foreign war veteran of a time nobody cares about anymore and taking Cake drugs that induces strong hallusinations and lucid dreams. If solas doesn't smell like he crapped his pants and sadsterbation, i'm disappointed in ALL OF YOU.
I... sort of want to post my Hobo AU Solas fic here now..

How tall are you and how blessed are you in the boobs department?
I have The Hermit and am a bit smaller than you in clothing size, I think maybe one or two down.

Omg that's so nice of you to say, thank you
I'm glad you enjoyed it - it's the first time I publish one of my stories, so I am really anxious about it, and your comment makes my day (err- night for us
)
Also, I'm so pleased you love that cosplay, it was really fun to make, and to wear
- maybe I'll wear it again at the next Japan Expo this July - there are several things I want to improve ![]()

I would normally feel weird posting this, but I like to think that we are all ladies/fangirls here ![]()
I am 5ft 8in tall and 40B in the boob department (sadly not blessed, but you play the hand you're dealt xD)
It would be nice to get a first-hand opinion, instead of me wasting $20 for something that doesn't fit (always the risk when buying online, alas)

It was my first purchase of a shirt there too, so I understand. I don't really like posting things like my bra size online either but it reallllly helps with shirts.
Anyway, I'm a 38DD, and 5'5". I'm curved in shape and got the shirt in L but I feel like I could go down to M, but I haven't washed it and dried it yet to see if it shrinks down slightly. So just going on that maybe the L since it's a bit longer too? This one is a 'longer fit' but it hits like...at my hip and not rolling up.
This chart actually helped me make sense of other size charts that show only numbers for length x width of shirts: http://www.teefury.c...om/size_chart/ I wish more shops did this sort of thing.
20/10 would date again, and again, and again, and again...
Seriously though, Garrus is the best. I would fight anyone shirtless who said otherwise.
Upon recently replaying ME and romancing Garrus like I always do, I've come to the conclusion that his romance is kind of overrated.

He's good, but he's not the best ME LI.
There, I said it.
Come at me bro.
Did me posting my bra size really float to the top of a new page?
Quick, post hot Solas gifs!
Aw, don't feel so bad over it. Bras are a fact of life, and trying to figure out shirt fits online is a right pain. Your effort at explaining is appreciated, I'm sure. ![]()
But since you asked..
