I just finished reading your fic. Maker's breath, it is wonderful! I did enjoy getting a glimpse of Solas' internal struggles... *sobs* I feel for him. ;___;

The part where Lavellan asks if he was married or whether he was a father or grandfather made me laugh.

I note that it is specifically recorded in the Dragon Age Keep whether you give the documents explaining the origin of the Red Crossing Incident to the Dalish clan in the Exalted Plains or to the Chantry.

 

I was wondering whether this was because if you gave it to the clan this would actually assist Solas's future plans, as it might lead the Dalish to review more critically their approach to their past history and therefore make them more open to any reforms…

That sigh - my Lavellan made one decision - only one (!) that made him disapprove and he had to punish her with that sound. He didn't even talk about it. And she wanted to talk to him about it, explain her reasoning behind this decision. But no, he just wouldn't listen, already decided that he has to be right. He's so frustrating at times...

The note also talks about Flemeth passing her "godhood" to Morrigan, which I would believe to be Mythal's soul. Someone in Val Royeaux after the end of the game talks about being visited by a woman calling herself Mythal in dreams.

 

So I too think he just took her power, which she anticipated.

 

Agreed. FleMythal is up to something, I imagine she has a back up plan. Not to mention Flemyth always seems to do something to Morrigan in Inquisition, regardless of if she drank from the well and gets to be a dragon or not.

My Lavellans romance with Solas had that kind of tone to it because she consistently responded to him with the ******* or sarcastic options and they disagreed on a lot of things. He's like please help me rescue my friend and she's liek LOL u have friends??? Or he nerdgasms in the fade like wow this is a dream come true to walk here physically and she shuts him down like now is not the time solas
