Nope, I've only just reached Skyhold. I went to WA first to because two of the three Rogue specializations can be completed there. It was impossible to interact with, and there was an invisible wall blocking me from getting any closer to it than I was in the screenshot.

I think that was more a, "look the other way 'cause we can't explain this and it kindasorta breaks lore."

I think it was more that it was a comment on the somewhat thin writing at that part. It may be more that PW was a little like 'erk...not the best work I did'.

Well, it must have been all the mods I  added to Origins making my lappy crap out..playing Awakenings now with only a couple mods and I haven't had any problems. *shrugs*
