Yes, and they've been plaguing me in gaming for a lifetime.

That's why every protagonist has them as their worst fear. It doesn't matter what game, or what genre. If there are spiders, they are the WORST. Period.

I'm trying to decide if he'd have a beautiful singing voice, or if he'd be one of those dudes who is always, painfully off-key. For my headcanon, I think I'll take the latter 
My Lavellan can sing, so every time he tries to sing along, she just shushes him.
My main male inquisitor isn't showing up either. All my other quizzies are there, even ones I deleted not long after they uglied their way out the fade.
I was hoping maybe he'd crop up once I play through the DLC with him. Whenever that might be *watery eyes*

@Flabbadence: I tried the world state thing you linked to, and have had some success? Maybe? It's weird, I've imported the only playthrough that seems like it should be my canon into the editable world states and opened it in the tapestry to make sure, but once I did, it updated the name of my Inquisitor from the default one (Ellana or whatever it is) to another of my Elven Inquisitor's names (Eira), rather than the name I picked for this Inquisitor (Tala)... but the choices made seem to be correct, and the class and specialization and all that match up with Tala, so. *shrug* A lot of tiles are strangely hidden, though, when I'm pretty sure they shouldn't be at this point.

On topic: Sometimes, when I'm running around the Hissing Wastes, I rotate the camera so I can see my party all running together over the majestic scenery... and then Solas gets stuck on the sand dunes and jitters for a few moments before breaking free and catching up. What an *******.

No. The DLC was ALWAYS going to be released tomorrow but there was a technical glitch causing the xbone DLC to be released at like 6pm today.
Okay. I'll say one thing. The combat is WAY harder...holy ****** sh!t....i died by giant potato fat thing animal things....idek what they are....but they are EVERYWHERE. And spiders too...EVERYWHERE.

Edit: I do not recommend trying to be cool and going there under levelled even with all your fancy gear and "perfect" party. you will still get your @ss handed to you....

So I just finished watching a stream and watched about the last half of the story of the new DLC.
That's interesting about it being leveled, so that's good, but I'm telling you, it's hard.

Presumably these are people playing on controllers that are saying it's combat-heavy. Which means a lot of tedious micro-managing on PC with MKB. Yeah, no thanks. I'll get it if people here say it's got substantive story content, otherwise I'm going back to Fallout.
I'm skipping through the pages cause I don't wanna spoil myself something, but in case this hasnt been brought up yet.. there are new achievements to get from this DLC, and two of them are called: "uncover the secrets of a legendary figure" and "dispel a myth of ancient days".
I wonder if it's at least Elvhen related somehow? Maybe you discover something quizzy didn't know before?

Perhaps the DLC is being released this way because of the contract with Microsoft (and/or whoever) guarantees a timed exclusive for the first DLC so JOH is dropped with little fanfare while the Black Emporium, a DLC that's in high demand and we know has been in beta for some time, is held back so it can be released to all platforms at the same time.
Yes I'm a little obsessed with BE but I need my mirror dagnabbit! My Dorianmancing quizy is on hold because I can't stand looking at him but I refuse to do the Hinterlands again and my Lavallen's lips are distractingly shiny!

Urgh. The shiny lips. My Cullenmancing Trev is on hold until the BE comes out. She looked adorable in the CC but once I saw her in daylight I realised just how bad her lips are. Her entire face gets pretty shiny at times too, but I think that's an issue with the darker skin tones in Frostbite.
