  Also, that desk does not look sturdy enough to support Cullen in full armor.  At the very least, there should be some creaking.

 

You'd be surprised just how sturdy finely crafted old furniture could be. For almost 20 years, I had a dresser that was purchased by my grandparents in the 60s and one could sit and stand on that thing and it would not even budge, creak, or wobble. I don't know about armor and two people, but I had people sitting on it, and I am imagining that dresser could take just about anything and is the inspiration for Cullen's desk.

 

Anyone have that gifset?

 

Also in the new DLC, the treeeeees. I keep falling and the "use lift" thing has been my savior.

You can skip to the end for the really weird image. Black haired dude is basically the demon king and the girl is a champion who was tasked with killing all the demons. But they fell in love with each other. If you get his bad ending she dies and he.... doesn't deal very well with it. So he turns her body into a doll that he sits around talking to all day. It's sweet in a terrifying sort of way.

The best thing to have happened in that scene is to have had done the Sera pranks prior and then forgotten about it. So you jump on the desk, the whole thing wobbles and they both fall off. And the Inquisitor is like: "damnit karma!"

You guys, there's an elven mage in Pillars of Eternity.  And he's cute.  The game doesn't contain romances, but I know my imagination and the places it likes to go.  I'm not even out of the Solas hellspiral yet, I can't handle all these hot elves getting tossed my way.

Haha! I knew it! I knew the whole dead doll thing had to come from an anime or a Japanese game of sorts. A lot of the weird/disturbing yandere stuff I've seen comes from those. School Days and Hatoful Boyfriend (Shuu's ending) come to mind.
