I love that comic someone made with the dialogue wheel choices for asking about the helmet.

 

Speaking of clipping, the final scene at the waterfall on PS3 terrible. Instead of them kissing, their bodies just meld into each other. Way to ruin the moment.

Cute headcanon 2: Solas is a terrible, horrible singer.  But Lavellan sings beautifully, and he struggles through some ballads from ancient Arlathan so he can hear her sing them back to him.

 

Cute headcanon 3: Lavellan never learned to swim, and she's terrified of the coast.  So Solas takes it upon himself to teach her.  NAKED.

So did I. It was only watching video of all the options that the other clipping showed through. I think most people do the dance so it won't show, but BioWare shouldn't have left in such obvious attempted murder clipping.

Kinda hope they won't release figures of the characters I love, if they mess their faces up as much as Alistair. Ugh. He's looks so different, with his weird pinched red lips and scruff-less face. Yuck. They'd probably make a soft-jawed, flubby-nosed Solas and make us all sad.

I own the Cthulhu book on tape  Personally, I just like to headcanon Solas as a bad singer because I think it's funny.  He can dance, paint, do magic, play the Game, kick ass at cards, seduce all the ladies, swagger his elvhen booty like it ain't no thing...there has to be something he sucks at.

Ahaha yes, I may do number one. Then they kiss in the Lover's Nook. They totally went there to help out Josephine not be assassinated and then they just got side tracked. Meanwhile, Josephine is just like "Uhmm they're still sending assassins after me. Please help." 

 

Mostly because I can't picture my Inquisitor having a nice singing voice, and I can picture her swimming. Time to go explore Val Royeux so I can remember the finer details.

Ah, not even. Two pages, and only a handful of actually aggressive posts. It's just weird. No mod warnings, not even a closing message. It's just... damn, imagine that had happened to this thread! Just closed without a warning. That's even worse than Solas's behavior! He at least hinted that he might not stick around.

You know how it is. We intend to ask the mods and everything but I've never heard of anybody getting a reply from a mod. 

 

Anyway, I just remember that our fights here war far worse, and spanned like 50 pages in total. We were very lucky not to be closed, because the Sera thread discussion really was so short. Maybe it's because Solas is more popular than Sera?

 

About the Alistair figure: I actually think it does look like one of their incarnations, either in DA2 or DAI (I am not so sure tbh). We should hope they will release a Solas figure soon, so we keep his DAI design. Who knows what his next face will be like. But I would prefer a real statue, not another Hot Toys figure. They are beautiful but I still prefer statues.

2) Lavellan shows Solas some of her favourite places from her childhood while they're in the Fade.

Athletics.  Throwing things.   Not singing.  I like it this way because my big-ego Lavellan gets a little grumpy and competitive with him. she's like 'dude, what are you NOT good at.  UNFAIR'.  And then she's all graceful and wonderful and he throws like he's 5 years old.  and she laughs for hours...maybe too much. he lets her have it though because he loves to see her smile.

...I stay away one day...and treads close... I didn't go to the Sera's tread from before the game was out, since I just ended up there to post that Sera is the name of another elf girl in a comic I love. (sadly, I was quite disappointed in Sera, so I never visited the tread again.)

 

I was wondering one thing... If Mythal is around...and Solas wa asleep...can it be that the Elven Gods are still around, maybe possessing corpes, or sleeping, while those trapped are only the "forgotten ones"? Just one idea there. Since Mythal is around, and she should have been sealed away like the rest of the Phanteon...

 

Oh, and I finally found Solas's official armour schematics  (sadly on my Qunari run... I've still made it and called it "A friend's gift") stupid farming...

Can an OP lock a thread?  Also, I think because the Sera thread has major issues staying actually On-Topic. They go for pages and pages about nothing even remotely related to dragon age and I think fights broke out about it before.

I used to be a fairly regular poster in that thread, before went to the Solas side.  I did lurk there and it was always pretty relaxed.  I'm sorry it's closed.
