That HAS to be Solas! *starts flailing wildly* Ok, ok calm down, deep breaths, deep breaths... Maybe it's the first time that the inquisitor is meeting him? He looks like he's facing the party, or is that just my horrible eyesight playing tricks on me? Aaargh 10 days seems like such a long time all of a sudden..

 

I'm getting a feeling first meeting? Because the figure is DEFINITELY facing towards the party, as if the person in the forefront is walking up to meet this random dude standing in the road looking at them. A random dude that looks an awful lot like Solas...

Dude, if they finally show actual footage of Solas moving and talking and somebody puts that on the YouTubes with the quickness so that I can actually see it, I will almost definitely tinkle myself a little bit.

 I thought they were not doing new demos... so what would this be? It would be nice to see some of the "forgotten" companions in action.

If Solas is there and he speaks in a cut scene but they talk over him like they did with Dorian at E3, this whole thread's going to be like

It HAS to be Solas. I recognize him anywhere and when I saw the screenshot, I immediately thought, "Oh my god! Solas!!!"

(Though I may be wrong, too...I can't trust everything 100% because I don't want to get my hopes too high )

Seems like perhaps the screenshot Aaryn Flynn showed us on Twitter a while ago may be part of that?

 

I'm waking up at 4am for Gamescom. This has solidified it, so I'll definitely be posting any updates too!

Hope it's Solas, though. But I wouldn't be disappointed if it was Cole.
