Even if it is Cole, I'd welcome the change. HOPEFULLY SOLAS. But yeah, no more Vivi, IB, or Sera pls. I like them and all but it's getting... repetitive...

Now that I look at it, it DOES look like Cole.

 

I really hope Solas is in that party too. Please please please. I'm assuming if it was asked on Twitter who the two in the screenshot are, it wouldn't be answered.

I can see that being Cole's hat, where before I thought the lower bit was a collar on the jacket. Good Spirit Hat, why must you be tricksy?

I'm in the Midwest so for me it is 3 am. I'll be checking the threads the second I wake up. I hope they don't rehash stuff we already know. So long as nothing is too spoiler-y. CC is a big thing I want to see. Especially if it has better lighting than the previous games. I can't tell you how many times I restarted a game because it looked like I had clown makeup on or something I thought looked good when creating the character & looked horrible in game. Also, I just want a little bit of Solas, Cole & Blackwall screen time. I want to see & hear them in game. Just a little, I'm not greedy

It looks more like a collar to me too. I mean, it COULD be a hat, but if it is it's an awfully tall hat. Though the top of the head seems really dark anyways, so I doubt that it's Solas. Unless he has some super sunburn going on. Or....Moonburn? It is an awfully big moon. Maybe it can do that now.

I thought it was Solas because of the clothes...I'm not sure what to think. I don't think it makes sense for it to be the Inquisitor. And I guess it could be Cole if anything, but I don't see it.

Me too. If you look at previous pics of Solas, the shirt looks like the one we've been seeing him. Even though the pic is blurry. Can't account for the collar though or whatever it is. Cole sneaking up behind him. But who knows until we get a better pic.

This is true. And, the more I look at the figure, the less its head looks like the Good Spirit Hat. For reference, here's two (large) pictures of Solas with gloves.

I just want to throw my two cents in. I've been hardcore studying that new image and, because I'm weird like this, I turned my laptop upside down and it really looks like Cole. That may just be me but it looked like something almost like hair was covering one of his eyes. And, the thing on his head really looked like Cole's hat. But, again that may just be me over-analyzing the image and seeing things that may not be there. Just thought I'd share.

What's doin' me in is the fact that the edge of the figure's shirt is hanging low and tattered, just like Cole's.

I think the "collar" or "hat brim" is actually just the background shadows.
