I just finished all 8 chapters of Message Sent.

Chapter 7 nearly killed me with the flirting.

I wasn't going to read this because I don't really like AUs, but now I've read 6 chapters so… looks like I'm reading all of this.

I am just throwing in random thoughts and point out possibilities. But it does not mean anything in the end. I avoid thinking whenever I can, so even if I point out something, that doesn't mean it's actually relevant or would pass an evaluation.

 

 

Okay, first rule in the fight club: don't apologize in the fight club. We react really poorly to politeness here. Usually we keep flinging insults at each other until a mod appears or somebody deletes his account.

Second, I never read anything. I don't know the codex entries, I don't keep flow charts, damn, I don't even think if I can help it. The only things I know about lore are what NPCs tell me or what I can see in the game. I am as educated as a cucumber and I have basically nothing of relevance to say. Hasn't ever stopped me from spamming.

You're cool, stop being so insecure.

So we've debating about the "godhood" of the elven gods, and that El Dorado gif got me thinking... what if it just went something like this:

 

 

Somehow it's not hard to picture Solas in this...

There was a picture of the Argon from The World of Thedas vol. 2 floating around where he looked alot like Kuzco from Emperor's New Groove...can't find it but it's out there somewhere.

It's cute.  I'm not big into the Solas/Lavellan atm - but this gave me cute feels.  Looking forward to how it progresses. Though...tbh, it's not as cute as this - but few things are.

I'm so absurdly picky when it comes to fan fiction, it's laughable. I'm not proud of it, but it's how I am. The characters must be true to themselves. The story must make sense and be believable. The writer must be decent... But I make myself out worse than I am, I think. I won't write off something immediately. I do give it a chance. Honestly, the Dragon Age fan fictions I've read so far have been fantastic, although I can't claim to have read a great number. I'm excessively picky just over the ones set in their fictional world, but AUs? I rarely, if ever, touch AUs. They're just not quite my thing. This, though. This is actually good, and adorable. Quite, quite adorable. 

 

I want to hug him/her. Can I? I must cuddle.

I'm not quite as picky when it come to fanfiction but I can't say my standards arent  pretty high. Like, I'm not expecting James Joyce or anything, but you know...I will put it down if the writing is just all over the place, boring prose etc.  At this point I usually just read quick fluffy stuffy(this fits since it's not A LOT of writing) and porn. There is very little in between...obviously friends/people on here are exempt since I try to support y'all. 

 

Chicago - baby girl otter. she's a few months old now. maybe even a year.  but i saw a pic come up of her again and iw anted to share because she is adorable. google - chicago baby otter and look for the video. SQUEE-FEST. Also there is a "Director of Otters and Penguins" at the Shedd Aquarium. I feel like I made the wrong decisions with my career.
