Personally, I think the guy is Cole, but others have suggested it's Solas! (Also, that the guy in front is Blackwall. Could we see a trifecta of Blackwall, Cole, and Solas?)

Vivienne accidentally drinks a love potion and falls for Solas.

Solas is finally noticed by their sempai, Vivienne

Solas as a film noir detective and Cassandra as the desperate client.

Vivienne accidentally drinks a love potion and falls for Solas.

Solas is finally noticed by their sempai, Vivienne

All these together sound like an amazing anime.  Eventually Solas falls for the Iron Bull--whose mundane secret is the one that Cassandra wanted Solas to investigate--and Vivienne is cured before she kills Solas in a Tsundere rage.

I am hoping pretty hard at this point that someone, anyone remembers Cole when it's all said and done.  Maybe the Inquisitor with their crazy Fade hand will be able to?  (Providing they survive.)  Solas may be able to?  It does seem to be his realm of expertise.  He may know something about why people forget Cole.
