I pin the Lavellan's as roughly 5'3", but honestly that's just interpretation. Their size seems so inconsistent- put them on any mount and they become the size of toddlers, but I was noticing that Lavellan is a bit taller than some of the Avaar women.

I almost kind of forgot to give my mage an actual chin after tweaking the rest of her face, but she has one now. I'm just not completely satisfied and don't know why. At least her hair is much better dark brown than shiny black reflecting gray and clashing with her eyes.
I've actually considered just deleting her and restarting since I did something stupid with her name and named her after my canon Lavellan's sister and so that kind of prevents me from embracing her, I think. Easy enough, since I've kept her in the Hinterlands/Haven for a long while and hardly played her. I'll have to decide soon.

Though I must confess, my goth time was of brief nature, I was a punk kid. Undercut, torn fishnets, clothes full of buckles, rivets, chains, spikes, deep black around the eyes. And stripped stockings. Those were the days.
Yeah, but what's great with Tera is that devs decided to go overboard on the skimpiness, meaning that of course, female characters have extremely skin-showing armors, but male characters too! I can't say no to a game who decides to oversexualize everybody regardless of their gender, I applaud it, even.

No, but I would be if there was more content in his romance. Due to the lack of content having just this one scene that is entirely unique to romance is important. It's Solas trying to be completely honest with Lavellan, and when that fails he gives her the greatest gift he can give - knowledge and freedom. Whether it's the freedom from what the vallaslin meant or the freedom to see what they once represented but know that doesn't matter isn't important. Whatever choice is made Solas loves her for and respects completely.
The following thought never occurred to me so tangibly before, only now that I read you. So... damn, isn't that actually awful? He only tells her, gives her this gift of freedom and knowledge, because he needs to make up a plan B ad hoc? What if he didn't leave her? Would he not tell her then? That's actually pretty rough. He should tell any inquisitor he holds in high regard. And even if he only decides to tell a beloved, he should tell her independent of this scene. I don't like tying this revelation to the breakup scene. Never liked it, probably never will, I just couldn't put my finger on the reason: it's wrong to make honesty any of both, a reward or a consolation prize.

Okay, I am amazed. This is gorgeous. I can't say anything about coloring, because I love it as it is. If I were to decide, you would get rid of a few details in the back to shift the focus to the front, make the non-character lines a bit lighter and leave it just as it is. But I love this... uh... "sketch style" in general. I also love sketch style with partial coloring, as if the artist just stopped at some point and forgot about it, a work in progress for all eternity. Anyway, that's my personal preference, so maybe ignore me because I couldn't art if my life depended on it.

I personally think it's a great pose, just the right amount of subtlety, and just beautiful overall.
I assume that might be it... When I see those "computer graphic style" pictures with clear lines and colors, they are pretty and all. But it's hardly more than that. I did a picture with bézier curves recently. Used a Latex program, defined the coordinates and angles, and gradually adjusted the values until it looked like I wanted. It's tedious work, but it's "simple" to get a nice looking result after enough iterations. Free drawing however amazes me. And in those sketches I can see the abilities of the artist. Helper lines and maybe tiny fixes or double lines for adjustment, that's the things that emphasize how good the picture itself is and how well the artist is able to capture a movement or proportion. The less polished, the more an image affects me. And it takes longer to get the picture. Eye and brain have to process and organize more, that motivates me.
Blahblahblah Siha. In short: it is beautiful. There are so many talented people here, it's incredible.

I would also think sth like that about Cassandra cause I am 5,47 feet... at least I guess. We use cm in Europe so here I'd be about 166.8cm

I don't see it as awful at all! With how Solas views freedom this gift is a very important one. According to Weekes he did intend to tell her about the vallaslin there as a lead in to the truth about himself, so it's not like he just thought up something on the spur of the moment and though 'yup. Good enough. Day saved.'
