Plaideweave must certainly be the only thing that actually doesn't suit him... But you could also give him a tier 2 or 3 gear and tint it with silk brocade.

I always dress him with silk brocade too! Plaideweave is for Sera (and dawnstone for The Iron Bull, because "it's pretty" !!).

Yes. Though with the mask, the whole thing sort of says King of the Cosmos to me.
This is something I made and really liked on him, before ditching it to make his promo armor with the fur (the schematic is a JoH drop). This is tinted JoH Avvar cotton and silk brocade.

I'm holding out hope that if we get a darkspawn DLC then it'll be set in Kal-Sharok because they have been teasing us with that place since DAO. It would also be nice if the DLC was related to the War Table missions there. Maybe - how you completed that affects how you are treated in the city? It would help make the WT missions feel more connected to the actual game, as well as making the DLC itself feel connected to the game.
And we're getting Wolf Hunt. I don't doubt that.
I'd love to see Kal-Sharok either in this game or in the next, I kept hoping that war table mission would have some payoff down the line?
But Wolf Hunt is a definite, I just hope it's not too tragic.

I have Solas in earth tones near the start, and white towards the endgame. The white contrasts nicely with my Lavellan's armour (dragon webbing dyed with darkend samite).

lol, this forum moves fast, and Sera does look good in anything. Plaidweave is just too bright for my tastes especially on my lower graphics settings, so I give it to Vivienne.
Also any tips on finding cloth? I am running out of it for armor and having the hardest time find the stuff. I swear I am going to end up ridiculously over leveled for Hear Lies the Abyss just because I will have ground through the Exalted Plains searching for enemies that drop cloth.

It's a little random but there are war table missions that will give resources. Also Black Emporium if you don't mind buying it.
Edit to add: Red templars seem to drop the Dales Loden Wool quite a bit. Tend to find a lot in Emprise du Lion.
Edit #2: Zombies tend to drop ring velvet for me, so Exalted Plains with the ramparts usually gives me a good bit.

I hope that they'll save Kal-Sharok for later down the line, would be nice to go back to the Deep Roads and really get to explore a massive cave system rendered into Frostbite. It's been long enough since Origins that I would not mind playing perhaps a Warden again, as you'd imagine after the Architect and Corypheus incidents, they'd want to track down the other members of the Seven to see if they still live?
(I'm assuming that the Architect and the Magister who got eaten could have survived their deaths via soul surfing)

Well, it may not be so much that we'll track Solas down as perhaps we'll run into him again for other reasons. We still don't know what he's up to really. And other issues might arise that the Inquisition will look into that will cause their paths to cross again.
And I sincerely hope we get some kind of ... resolution or something ... involving Solas and the Inquisitor before moving onto the next game where we're likely to play a new protagonist that won't have the same connection with Solas.

Morrigan had Witch Hunt, but that by no means put an end to her arch in the series. Anywho, I think this is a pretty good supporter:

Also Mike Laidlaw has said (in relation to the stinger at the end of Inquisition) "If it's any consolation, several close friends of mine have threatened bodily harm upon my person if we don't at least tackle -some- element of that particular beat before we're done, so there's that."
Yeah, I'm pretty sure there'll be more DLCs to come, but "Wolf Hunt" DLC will most likely be the last DLC they'll relese kinda like Witch Hunt
It's likely that there are some references to something happening or some rumblings if Solas sets anything in motion if the next DLC is story-based, but we'll probably get whatever significant stuff leading into where we're headed last.
We already have several possible threads to follow that will either be in DLC or in the next game though, and they're all pretty compelling.
