The above mods are what I used for Origin to get more design consistency between games. It can be a bit of a tedious install because there are overlapping designs between the two. You do have to start a new game for these to work since they require Elf update of BSN:

This was my personal favorite for making Zeveran match up with the DA:2 look of my elves: http://www.nexusmods...age/mods/3902/?

 

DA:2 elves grew on me, though I admit that I found their design jarring at first. DA:I elves are growing on me too, but the head still seem a bit big relative to the thinness of the body. I can rationalize the difference between Solas' design and the rest of the elves in DA:I as him being in his actual body and not one he borrowed (like with Flemeth/Mythal) because it is similar to Abelas who is definitely in his own body.

 Solas has been growing on me with each playthrough and now my mage is romancing him.  This song keeps coming to mind.

Even if he leaves my Levellan, he's always going to be with her in her heart.  I almost feel bad for her.  I've even been naming her staves "Shattered Heart."

 

For whatever reason, Solas makes me think of Depeche Mode.

That song is also one that's given me Solavellan feels.

The only thing I disliked was Vault 111 (since the protag doesn't have a name, that's what I'm calling them) speaking.  I really, really hope this is a trailer thing only.

FONV is actually my main game at the moment (started replaying it when Bethesda announced their E3 conference).  I keep forgetting just how good it is until I play it again.

That's the mods I meant.  I use Ferelden Elves primarily mostly because I downloaded it first.

If we're comparing Solas and Sera's views of elves there's also the fact that Solas actually knows what he's talking about as he comes from a society where things were totally different.  Sera just has a hell of a lot of self loathing about her race.

Now I'm done freaking out about the trailer, the voiced PC thing is really, really worrying me.  I thought after Skyrim was such a huge sucess even with a silent PC then Bethesda games would be safe.  If the protag in FO4 talks then that's going to ruin the game for me.

I think as long as the dialogue is still done the same, with the multiple lines to choose from and no dialogue wheel like how BioWare streamlined voiced protags, I'll be fine with it. It made me excited to hear him talk at first but then I got a little nervous. I guess we'll see at E3!

 

But who am I kidding, I'd probably buy it no matter what. I've been waiting waaaay too long for more Fallout to get caught up in such things!

I'm hoping for a silent protag.  I know it can seem out of place in a fully voiced game but it allows for much more headcanoning.  If I want a story I'm going to go to Bioware.  If I want an open world with my character then I'll go to Bethesda.

 

If I want both I'll go to Obsidian.

I know. xD Assuming that the protagonist is fully voiced (and also assuming that it really is Troy Baker), I might not get to hear his beautiful voice since I'll most likely play a female, as always.

 

Unless maybe Troy Baker's also voicing some NPCs as well.

Good.  As long as I can be as sadistic as I was in the other games...I'M SOLID.  I did hear that you can only play as a male protagonist. Anyone have confirmation of that.  Sort of bums me out since I like playing as a woman.  But Troy Baker does always do a really good job.  His acting as Joel was fantastic.
