I definitely saw some shaved head going on there. I'm so excited that undercuts might be a possibility. All I want is cool hair. Less of the same bobs and braids and more asymmetry and edge-y cuts.

Yeah I don't think they're changing it to "You only have this 1 default preset." That wouldn't be very fair to the fans, I think they just showed one of the possible options there.

 

Someone on the Gamescom thread brought up a good point: how else would we, as gamers, know who those characters were if one of them didn't look exactly like Marian Hawke? I really, really doubt we're stuck with a default look for our Hawkes, or Wardens. Now, we might not be able to make our exact characters, but I think we'll be okay.

I don't want to terrorize you with huge pictures anymore (unless they're Solas) but she certainly is rocking the half shaved head. (or is it an undercut? the more I look at it I think JadePrince is on the money) OHHHYEAAHHH!!!

Looked more like either one side shaved or an undershave than the whole deeeep hairline we saw in that concept art.

You know even though the stream messed up, I'm glad I woke up early because I got to see everyone being so ecstatic, makes me feels all warm inside knowing I'm not the only one.

I think there was a bit of Solas talking in the middle of some fighting because I saw the little pop up next to his icon, but I have no idea what he said.

He certainly does, or like... before they get into the ruins of the castle that has the lever, but his voice is muffled (sadly).

As far as Im concerned, if I can't have my Warden Benelf (yes his name really is Benelf ) then its just some warden, not THE Warden but omg, its like Bioware were stalking this thread and gave us glimpses of all the things we said we wanted to see! Now if only we could of heard Solas' voice...

And not gunna lie, made a weird squee/ gargling noise everytime Solas was even slightly visible

So maybe we won't change their look in the Keep, but maybe directly in the ingame CC.

I hate to be nitpicky, but just because you can't customize your Warden and Hawke in the KEEP (which is what was specifically asked and answered), doesn't mean you won't be able to IN-GAME.
