I'm finally getting around to finishing my canon playthrough with the JoH dlc. Put it off 'cuz it's honestly just kinda depressing with Solas gone. *long, drawn out melodramatic sigh* I just ran blindly through a large downed tree that lead to a dead end cave with dead folks stuck in a wall and a small pyramid that reads "When Mystery speaks, listen."

Is this another Easter egg thing I don't get? There was a similar one in Emprise du Lion, too, I think.

If Razikale turns up in the DLC along with the Deep Roads and non-DA2 design Darkspawn, I might forgive Bioware for the DA2 Darkspawn.

...Actually, I'll forgive them for my stumbling across the video of the Renegade Interrupt on Tuchanka. I'll never forgive them for the DA2 spawn.

That never would have even occurred to me. Thanks! Theory crafting is just not my thing. It makes my brain hurt and I'm nowhere near smart enough for all of the lore anyway. xD

I just want to stumble onto Solas somewhere, have a dramatic camera staring bounce between and maybe:

"Solas."

"Vhen-...*clears throat*Inquisitor."

And then a 'glomp' option. No one uses that word anymore but it's appropriate.

After a few tense words, of course.

I think my Lavellan would probably be more like, "What happened? Where did you go? Are you all right? Do you still have that frigging expensive staff I crafted for you before you left??"

Yes.

Thankfully it was after I completed ME3. But while I was watching the video, I may have started screaming no and punching my computer.

..Oh. So that's why my computer has been working so poorly the last few years.

I thought this disorder was just neurological, as with the goats. Fainting is the weirdest thing. It's like being sucked to the ground.

Mine would have that mix of worry and anger and possible relief and affection.

 

I'm waiting on DLC plans before I play through past the end on my canon again. will have to decide what to do with Solas' gear at that point. Though I wonder if we see him again if he'll be dressed in his sweater or if he'll have on whatever his last armor was. Might be a bad idea to put him in the bad Orlesian mask and pink robes or Plaideweave then, eh?

lol Then I vote that if he isn't in the next dlc, all we get is a quest marker to go to his room. And there, sitting on his desk, is a plain bag we loot for all the inventory he took from us.

Well. We can look at it this way: the kittens had a good and caring home, so they knew happiness and love before they passed away. And maybe by studying them vets will help other kittens in the future.
