Especially the lyrics fit the Solas romance (or our wishes for it) perfectly in my opinion. Just need to wait until I can buy Fraps, to get some beautiful scenes with my Lavellan...

Both of those vids are of "Find Me" so I had to look up "Every Breath". I think "Find Me" would be a good choice.
I think they bust out plate armor for the big invasions, though. I'm guessing the Vitaar and, ahem, light armor is mostly for the Seheron jungles. I think most of the Codex entries on the Qunari wars talk about 'armies of Qunari in glittering armor marching South'.
I'm just saying, I'm looking forward to seeing full Qunari armor with the new art style and graphics.

Just search for ESO Bosmer armors and Redguard armors. One lives in forests while the other in hot deserts and both their armors either don't fully cover the body or are light.
But this raises another problem. Ancient Elves typically lived in magical cities in forests, in tune with nature. Yet their armor is shiny glittering spandex. Let's hope we get to see better ancient Elven armor.
Soooo...I just got to the part of my warrior PT during which Iron Bull and Dorian hook up (they're adorable as a couple, d'aww) and that unlocks some dialogue options with them both in Skyhold. During that dialogue Iron Bull says "I've never done it with a mage before. One time, (Dorian) got so excited he set the curtains on fire!"
Damn, sex with a mage seems dangerous!

I'm reminded of Saladin's having his soldiers stomp the ground so that the heavily armored Crusaders would choke on the dust while they were trying to fight their way to an oasis. 
I'm just going to go ahead and assume that there's some theme of elves getting out of touch with nature, and admiring the view but not going down to the actual forest. 
Hence the gorgeous Temple armor. Though apparently in the Tevinter accounts, the elves were pretty adamant about humans not entering their forests. I can see it going anyway.
There's also a chance of what we're seeing being the equivalent of the Swiss Guard uniform or ceremonial armor. Abelas and the Sentinels (a good name for a rock band, by the way) probably don't have to lug it through the Arbor Wilds on a regular basis, so they can afford the fabulous factor.

I'm going to play before final battle and then I will probably reload and leave it for later, because I can't just miss Solas dialogue, but on the other hand my Inquisitor is running out of excuses for doing side quests while everything is prepared for final confrontation with Cory.
You have to keep them in the active party, long enough to hear the dialogue that indicates they're interested with one another (same with Josie and Blackwall - you have to hear other Cole/Varric/Sera talking about his infatuation with her). They're "officially" in relationship after you hear banter indicating that they spent night together.
If your'e on PC I recommend using cheat engine and banter toggle to speed it up - it can take a looooong time before you start hearing appropriate banter through normal means (though they're quicker to hook up if PC is officially in relationship with someone else).

To be perfectly frank, the time of final confrontation is "decided" by Corypheus, so it can be fairly easily explained that Inquisitor went to check what's going on underground, because so far Cory is hiding well and nobody ca find him.

I might pick your brains on which you prefer before I play. I did Jaws of Hakkon before the Arbor Wilds, then decided that I liked the story better as post-game with all the parallels between Ameridan and the Inquisitor.
I would like some advice. I am going to start a new playthrough and I am debating between male elf mage and male human mage. I llan to be a Rift Mage and romance Josephine.

For me it would be pre Arbor Wilds as well, just because that's as far as I'm going to get on my current PT. (One things that sucks about PS4 is that it allows 50 saves max across all PTs for this game, which I have to share with my husband. So before I knew DLC was coming I started another canon PT and deleted all saves from the last one except the one after the final battle.)
I would have liked it to be after the Temple of Mythal. Story-wise: 1) I wanted Lavellan to go in there with a broken heart for extra melodrama, which I love. 2) There's supposed to be some reveal of shocking secrets. If it's more shocking than what we learned at the Temple of Mythal, it would be better for it to happen afterwards.
OTOH, I always play Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts before Here Lies the Abyss. So I could think of some reason to go into the Deep Roads right after having dealt with the Wardens in HLA.

EDIT: I jgot to the fade kiss tonight. At some point I got tired of playing seriously and went back to fool around with different dialogue options. For the first time, I tried breaking up with him after Lavellan wakes up. He says, "I will always remeber a surprising moment stolen in a dream."

I'm loving all these animated film crossovers lately. I love The Road to El Dorado! Before I saw that, I was thinking about making a Miguel Travellean..I wanted to make someone that doesn't deny being the Herald, but doesn't actually believe it himself and thought Miguel would be perfect! I also wanted to try playing a guy. I always play as a lady. And an elf! Lady elf.

The Solas card you shared -- makes me so sad my DA:I deck had NO SOLAS IN IT. Then again some of the art looks different in general so I think maybe the deck used old(er) files? IDK.
