Inquisitors have their periods too.
Spoiler
This is hillarious.
What do they do in circles when mages have their periods? Do they lock them up in solitary with two templars on guard to make sure they don't burn down the place?

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is a serious condition that should not be made fun of so disrespectfully and constantly by our phallocrat society.
Agreed, but this doesn't look like PMDD. It's just regular PMS.
A blood mage while she's on her period...that's both disgusting and horrifying!

Taking into account that probably several female mages would have their periods at the same time... that would be extra fun for templars who guard them ![]()
Templar 1: "FIRE!"
Templar 2: "Wait, this one is turning her tears into a lake with flowers!"
Templar 3: "Chocolate? How in the name of Andraste is she producing chocolate?"

Well...It could come in handy...
You'll all think I'm horrible now... But what if all the women in Thedas use a menstrual cup to collect the blood, then it can be used to fuel blood magic ethically. We'll have ethical blood magic!
I'll just cast aegis of the veil right now to protect myself from incoming projectiles. ![]()
Bad thoughts, bad thoughts!!!!

During the end conversation in Descent, I nabbed a screenshot of Solas standing there, arms crossed and watching while I was talking to someone. I wonder if that was specific to him, or if the person who stands there like that is random and based on selection of the party. He had the perfect expression on his face for that particular conversation. ![]()

I actually switched his number in the party to check that and it appears that specific position/expression is assigned to each companion, rather than the number. Both times I was there, he stood at the same spot, with his arms crossed, looking smug-ish.
May check it again soon if someone else 'steals' this pose - I'm about to run Descent with my warrior, post-epilogue.

That's the pose. But I mean, if you play it without Solas, someone else will have to stand there instead. Do they still have the arms crossed and that Look on their face. That look from Varric would be amusing as heck.
Speaking of my warrior playthrough - I randomly picked Dorian and Solas to complete some side-missions post-Temple Of Mythal (where I allied with Sentinels, as usual)... and I got a dialogue I haven't heard before:
Dorian: We found elves, living ancient elves, at the Temple of Mythal. Does that bother you, Solas?
Solas: I'm pleased we were not forced to kill them, if that's what you mean.
Dorian: I mean them being there at all. Thousands of years later, and they live.
Dorian: There could be others, in ruins we haven't yet discovered. Shouldn't we be looking for them?
Solas: Perhaps Abelas will do that.
Dorian: Hmm, I wonder if that's a good thing?
.... Foreshadowing?
I had a kind of depressing thought regarding post-ending DLC.
Unless they do not allow us to keep playing after we beat the post-campaign DLC (assuming it will even exist):
The Inquisitor can't run away with Solas and still be the Inquisitor if you're mopping up side quests or anything post-campaign.
Solas is likely to be too busy with his own plans to rejoin the party.
It's sad, but I think Solas is right in saying there's basically no future for him and the Inquisitor. Would love to be proven wrong, though. (Would love even more if he can rejoin the party.)

- Solas will most likely not rejoin our party (we all know why)
- We will not be able to run away with Solas

I have pretty much accepted this by now, because of what you say above and for other reasons I've written about before.
But for team optimism: He could always say, "The veil needs to be fully repaired. Go close the remaining rifts. I will wait for you in the fade/at Crossroads/some other place when you're ready."

Oh, I don't know. There ARE quests or side-quests that become unavailable if we progress too far in the game, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be that way post-epilogue.
Besides - it could always come with a warning 'Do that, and you won't be able to go back' or something like it.

Yeah but then that'd be automatic game-over or reload-before-you-did-that.
I almost wish we could do the way Chrono Trigger did back in the 1990s, and if something happens to the Inquisitor, we take over someone else in the party. I can totally see Vivienne becoming the new Inquisitor (however much everyone else dislikes the idea).
