Typically I would say just one Solas run is more than enough for me (really felt meh/annoyed by him) I am tempted to remake the one elf I did use on a run with him for the new DLC (after I buy a new console in order to even play it *still bitter*) especially if there is angry options like when he dumped her since she's a fiery little sort and won't take very kindly to how he was 'I'll explain later' then runs off without explaining a damn thing.

YES YES YES YESSSS.

I hope your choices variously will be brought up in that hearing. Say, if you sided with the mages and let them free, you'll get extra flak. You claimed to be chosen by Andraste herself when that's not actually true - extra flak. Your (brief) association with Flemeth/Mythal - somehow - is brought out into the open, scandalising the Inquisition as an organisation - the way this is done may be affected by the well of sorrows choice. I hope also your choice of divine will figure - they may have caused too many factional infights (Cassandra, blunt as she is, may do this simply through her approach, and wouldn't appease the mages likely, and hardened!Leliana will stab everyone in her way), or may even turn on you (*cough cough* VIVIENNE). Orlais' ruler will likely figure - Celene will discard you after too long, she's a political animal like that, Gaspard may see you as a threat to imperial expansion, and Briala may be dealing with political infighting within her own organisation (you see hints of the cracks in Wicked Hearts).

If they did that I'd be so so happy like smiling yellow sunshine happy.

I hope they go into specifics about how you pissed various organisations off. I hope it's not like the panel at the beginning of Mass Effect 3 where there's the vaguest non-discussion ever, with just an indication of 'you did a bad' with no reference to what exactly (unless you purchased DLC), before the plot starts.

That would be really cool.

I'm realizing that my post Cory group would be pretty hunted down.

Quizzy, who clearly is in trouble.

Cole, a spirit no one liked to begin with.

Dorian, the Tevinter no one trusted.

Cassandra, the one who started the Inquisition.

OH boy, my crew is in in troublez.

Hm, looks like Giselle to me.

Nah, that face looks way too young to be Giselle's.

maxresdefault.jpg

Not to mention the eyebrows, lips, nose, chin, cheekbones and jaw definitely NOT looking like Giselle's.

This looks like Vivienne, 100%.

Yeah it's smooth and young, round and her makeup is like Viv's. Giselle has a longer face, a more protruding mouth and wrinkles.

I took a screenshot of Solas in his new armor for easier prolonged dreamy staring:

Spoiler

Solas: Inquisitor... I suspect you have questions.

Lavellan: Vhenan, I am not Inquisitor anymore. A council presided by the Divine brought me down. Now I'm in charge of the Fashion Police and you're in really deep!

Saw a bit of the Qunari speculation in some earlier pages and I'm not sure if this has been brought up, but how about those across the sea Executors, huh?

Possibly Kossith, or qunari who do not follow the Qun? It's interesting to note that the armor all the Qunari are wearing (including maybe the Saarebas) don't actually have the diamond wave symbol that has been associated with Qunari in the previous two games. Even on the pauldrons of the heavy armor wearing figures, there is a stunning lack of symbols for identification. Aside from some kind of color pattern on the chest, all the armor is actually very plain, and Vitaar doesn't seem to be present at all outside of the shot of the Saarebas.

The Executors clearly have hidden influence and spies throughout Thedas, and the resources to capture and mentally enslave whole troops and outposts of people. It's very possible they've built up a network using qunari who used to follow the Qun, elves, humans, and dwarves in order to have the most information and ties to Thedas for...whatever they're interested in.

If it IS Qun following qunari who are trying to kill your Inquisitor, how does that fit in with the possible alliance you can gain during the game? Whatever happened to the Mark seems to have been a spontaneous thing, so it's not like the Qunari would have had the time to call in all the Ben-Hassrath to suddenly assassinate a very dangerous magical thing. They've probably been using the Inquisition as a foothold to spread more influence and make more ties to Thedas, so why break the alliance off so quickly?

Unless this falls under the purview of the priesthood and its leader, you'd think that all three triumvirate leaders would have to approve of a full on Eluvian invasion (which..how did that even happen, unless Briala or Solas re-activated and unlocked the entire Eluvian network) because it would mean waging full scale war with the south. Even if the Inquisition has fallen out of favor, neither Ferelden nor Orlais would  be cool with just letting a giant army of Qunari stomp around.

Here's a (bad) screencap I just took of giselle's side profile for comparison.

Spoiler

I don't think looks too dissimilar to the figure in the trailer, personally, I don't think she looks that old (does she have wrinkles? never noticed heh) and she has a similar nose & mouth, but I'm not going to labour the point too much. We'll know in less than two weeks :)

I love this because not gonna lie one of my favorite banters is of Dorian and Vivienne trash talking Solas' style.

I may or may not have ran around him in circles the first time I heard it yelling "RIP SOLAS. You can't recover from that sick burn!"

I still love him tho

<snip>

Yes! The Executors seem to make sense.

After the war table mission to "unmask those across the sea", the Executors said "Corypheus threatens us all, and the Inquisition is Thedas's only hope for stopping him. Remember that, for the moment, we are not your enemy."

Corypheus is dead, 2 years have passed. That peaceful moment is over.

I'm not sure if I'm 100% on board with the Executors yet, but I noticed the striking lack of "Qunari" pattern in the armor too.  There's a scaled red diamond pattern on the pauldrons of the first female that are kind of evocative of the usual sigil, but not really.   Trying really hard not to interpret it as a red (lyrium) dragony version.   :?

Interesting sigil on the warrior pauldrons too: a large central circle surrounded by three smaller circles... like both the "original" banners of Skyhold and the mystery mosaic in Elgar'nan's bastion.  Suspicion level high.

I always assumed any qunari invasion would go Tevinter>Nevarra>Orlais just on geography alone. If this is a push for conquering they've committed themselves to a war on multiple fronts even with eluvians to get behind enemy lines. sneak attacking and keeping territory occupied are 2 entirely different things.

I'm leaning toward Ben'Hassrath myself, or maybe a rogue faction of the antaam?  If you're right though, this is gonna be me:
