I had to swap out Cole and replace with Dorian and we squeaked by. Seriously, I went on a mad stabby dash when the boss had a fraction left and I had run out of potions.

 

I was determined to keep Cole in so I could hear if he had anything to say at the end. So far, out of 6 companions taken through it, only Solas remained silent at the end. Typical.

 

That boss went down in about 3 minutes with my KE, Blackwall, Solas and Varric. Unbelievable. It took me forever with my Archer, Cass, Dorian and Cole. Both were on Hard mode as well.

Solas actually held the fort better than Blackwall as well. Ah. I'm going to feel that loss in this next DLC. I pimped him out well.

 

 

Do you reckon I could just pay everyone to like my Inquisitor again with all this Descent money?   I don't know what I'm going to do with it all. I can't imagine Trespasser comes with a lot of hefty purchases, but I could be wrong.

@PatrickWeekes is there a slight possibility for a somewhat happy ending for Solas/Lavellan?

I don't think the have to get rid of the inquisitor to make room for DA4,  if its set in Tevinter, the inquisitor  (if the inquisition still exists) has no reason to be there and would likely not be welcome.  

So I really don't think they will force the death of the inquisitor. 

Well the mark is caused ny Solas' orb and he still has some of that power. I believe he has.. why? Because he was the only one being able to keep Lavellan alive when the mark should've killed her. So... I wonder.. why has the anchor been a problem before..? Why just now that Solas left.. it could be that he was able to somehow prevent that from happening.. just assuming. However.. something will probably happen if you drank from the well. I mean.. Solas has the mythals power. And as he assumed our inquisitor have questions I highly think that in that part our lavellans who romanced solas will have at least some part to ask about the reason why he dumped you. Depending on whether he will tell his real identity first or after. 

I just need something.. something more... I need to know.. *_* but I am so excited about the eluvians.

Honestly... That's my rogue Lavellan. She made Cullen's life hell (put him back on lyrium) just because he beat her at a game. Solas isn't going to have a good time with her when she sees him again ...

Which is part of the reason she will be my last Lavellan I play the DLC with.

Hello, I've finally completed my Solasmancer and can stop avoiding this thread.

Definitely my favourite DAI romance I've tried. Though I'm not sure poor Nehneralen Lavellan would agree!

A worldstate where both the Warden and Inquisitor have either romanced or attempted to murder Solas and Morrigan, leads to them eventually hooking up, having both bonded over their crazy friends/exes who tried to murder them while they were standing in front of an Eluvian... I'm calling it now.

So I read that bit about the Golden Nug ... it doesn't really sound like you can take a pre-existing char and run them through again, it just sounds like you kind of share you collectibles across all playthroughs.

Bioware should make it so that in a future game, our protagonist can either lampshade or call out all the previous player characters for being utter jerks if you imported an evil worldstate where you made every "bad" decisions you could, especially if those actions made it harder to win.

 

I'd really hate to see what would happen if you upset Morrigan or Solas, given all that they know and can do.

 

Between Morrigan, Anders and Solas it's pretty obvious you just can't have a happy ending with a mage!

 

Does it make a sadist that these are all my "canon" romances, for the most part?

Monster Lavellan high five! Mine bears no ill-will toward Fen'Harel specifically, but she likes collecting trophies from powerful adversaries. She would have tried to stab Mythal if she'd had the opportunity.
