Just to add, geeky-jez over at Tumblr has made a post regarding the armor that Solas is wearing in Trespasser.
(EDIT: And yes, it seems to be a combo of Abelas' armor and Solas' battlemage mail.)
Ah yes, I see it now. (Hehe. Armoured toes. So cute!) XD
I love that they gave him new armour. Very realistic considering the time that's past.

I'm starting to seriously freak out about Solas' wardrobe change. It's making me really sad ... like he's not the same Solas. I liked the pajamas he wore before because they were just so ... Solasy .... if that makes sense. It was part of his look and factored into how I interpreted him. The fact that he's changed outfits so drastically (from basically rags to full-on elven armor) is really like a twist of the knife that he already stabbed me with by breaking up with my Lavellan. I honestly don't know how I'm going to deal with anymore drastic changes. It all makes me feel so sad ...

And the female Qunari has it later on. Either the book was brought to Orlais before the attack or after the attack. It looks almost like the Inquisitor is rubbing it in the face of the court that she saved the world once again. That or she's in deep shite for finding it and she brought the Qunari to their doorstep.

Could be that she found it in the possession of someone in Orlais, and is asking them how they came upon it (Qun sympathizers). I wonder if the sequence of events in the trailer are in chronological order.

I keep thinking since we start off on trial in Orlais, what if she's telling her story (that we play through) and at the end shows them proof of her victory before telling them to shove it and and leaves? Only thing that contradicts that is entering the eluvian at the Winter Palace. Maybe we start on trial and she does her quest, then at the end she's back on trial and then shows them the book? It could go either way it seems. I'm starting to think she wont' die after all, unless that's another option based on other things we did.

Instead of playing Life is Strange, I find myself working on a Solavellan fic draft that I don't even like that much yet so will need some editing.
I've also been thinking about who she will be two years later. I should write the clan visit fic before Trespasser but no, instead I'm trying to write the one where my Lavellan has a nightmare.
I'm sure she can handle the snake but will someone be there to comfort her when she awakes?
Ugh, I am so so so close to completing the chapters I'm working on, but the DLC announcement messed with my brain. All I need to do is editing and fill in a few easy things, but it's hard to focus.

I'm happy about the Anchor causing problems. It's a giant scar in her hand spewing magic. It should have caused a lot more during the vanilla game.

Life is Strange really knows how to make you dread having to make a decision. 
It looks like my time between now and Trespasser will be full of all kinds of emotions. Let alone once we get the DLC.
Even that screenshot of Solas to compare armor the trailer someone posted above was just giving me feels again.

The snake is still more of a symbol but a catalyst. But the trailer release clearly gave me a lot of feelngs and affected where my head was too.
I don't feel it's intense or descriptive enough and I have the final segment planned but not sure where to set it yet. I'm not pleased with my transitions and I decided to change tenses somewhere in the middle, so that also needs to be adjusted editing. Essentially....it's writing....the whole messy process.
Still making a final final decision if Solas will comfort or intervene. Probably the former. I'm kind of (surprise! ) going for painful and intervening may be too clean.
